They put us in a room that smelled like urine. I did not even get the room we booked. Wanted a king with sofa and although they said they were pet friendly. That was not true throughout the hotel. They had no pets beyond a point. I had my cat that was certified service animal and the stuck us in a smelly room that was dark and dirty. My cat was clean and well trained. We should not have had to deal with this. We left the next morning and checked in somewhere nicer as you will see with my booking history. Not happy at all. The smell was so bad it was affecting out health and could not breath that great. Didn’t want to stay that night but we arrived late and options were not available.

The property appears bigger and more recently updated in its online photos. Perhaps our room was older than others. It had an odor of "people used to smoke here." The AC worked well, things were clean, and the man at the front desk was professional. We did use the hot tub, which had a super high chlorine content. I appreciate the effort put into keeping the place clean and safe, considering that it appears to be owned and managed privately.

Appreciate the friendly and helpful staff; enjoyed the breakfast; location is close to gas, restaurants, shopping, coffee and more; could hear the conversation in rooms walking down the hall, not used to that; rooms were comfortable.

The hotel itself was great but I believe a staff member charged my card a 100$ and claimed it was for a standard deposit and that it’ll be returned after I check out . 2 weeks later and the hood is still on my card and no one knows how to take it off. All of this came after a disagreement with the staff member .

Decent breakfast available. Room smelled, didn't seem secure

They gave us a room that had not even been cleaned there were no pillow cases on the pillows and there was garbage and no towels in the room! They did find us another room but that was very tacky!

The guests in the room next door were screaming and yelling all night. We could not sleep so we left after midnight and drove home over 90 minutes.

Staff was rude the motel charged me extra for my stay that I got to fight now I paid for 2 queen beds and they only have full size beds not what I paid for by far would not recommend they said they had a pool and they do not

TV didn't work heating cooling unit didn't work limited food choices broken vending machine for bottled water etc. other machine asked $4.00 for a beverage. Noisy unclean hot-tub .

The property is well maintained and the price is excellent. Breakfast is included wich included eggs, sausage, potatoes. The weekend breakfast was a lot better than the week day. All in all an excellent place to stay.

The staff was accommodating, the bed was comfortable, the property was clean and quiet and they had all the amenities I needed for a two-day trip. This my third stay and i plan to use them in the future.

The property was clean, the room very comfortable. Once I entered my room I was called by the front desk to make sure everything was fine. I thought that was a nice touch. Breakfast was simple, which was fine.

You would not expect to get the quality of service and cleanliness for the price that I paid for under $70 average a day. If you ever find yourself visiting the area and needing a hotel to stay in, I would highly recommend this one.

Staying at this hotel offers a good experience at a good price. A warm welcome, a quick check in and a comfortable room with everything I’d expect.
