Piccolo e accogliente hotel nel cuore di Ragusa accanto alla cattedrale di San Giovanni. Ubicato in un magnifico palazzo settecentesco, perfettamente ristrutturato. Personale gentile e professionale, attento alle esigenze degli ospiti. Camera molto gradevole e pulita. Eccellente e abbondante colazione. Anche il parcheggio corrisponde alle attese. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo

Niché dans un magnifique palais du 17e, cet hôtel se situe face à la très belle cathédrale San Giovanni Battista et à une dizaine de minutes à pied des marches qui mènent à Ragusa Ibla et au Dôme St Georges. L’hôtel allie l’ancien dans les parties communes et la grandiose salle où sont servis les petits déjeuners, avec des touches de modernité dans les chambres. Le petit déjeuner est complet et de qualité et le personnel est vraiment au petit soin. La petite touche en plus très appréciable est un petit journal édité chaque jour avec la météo et les choses à faire et visiter aux alentours. Nous avons pu, en outre, garer notre voiture dans le garage de l’hôtel pour 15€ la nuit. Ce très joli hôtel est vraiment à l’image de la sublime ville de Ragusa

J'ai récemment eu le plaisir de séjourner au Helaïs Antica Badia en Sicile et je dois dire que c'était une expérience absolument merveilleuse. Dès mon arrivée, j'ai été accueilli avec une chaleur et une hospitalité typiquement siciliennes qui ont instantanément fait de moi un invité privilégié. L'hôtel lui-même est un bijou caché, niché au cœur d'une ancienne abbaye datant du XIIIe siècle. L'atmosphère historique et l'architecture impressionnante ajoutent une dimension unique à l'ensemble de l'expérience. Les chambres sont décorées avec goût, offrant un mélange harmonieux de charme traditionnel et de confort moderne. J'ai été agréablement surpris par la propreté et le souci du détail dans chaque recoin de ma chambre. La qualité du service au Helaïs Antica Badia est tout simplement exceptionnelle. Le personnel est attentif, courtois et toujours prêt à répondre à la moindre demande. Leur connaissance approfondie de la région m'a permis de découvrir des joyaux cachés et des sites touristiques que je n'aurais jamais trouvés par moi-même. En résumé, ma nuit passée au Helaïs Antica Badia en Sicile a été une expérience véritablement magique. L'atmosphère historique, l'hospitalité chaleureuse, la cuisine délicieuse et la vue imprenable ont créé des souvenirs qui resteront gravés dans ma mémoire. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel à tous ceux qui recherchent une escapade inoubliable en Sicile.

Ein etwas in die Jahre gekommenes 5-Sterne-Hotel, der einen kostenpflichtiges Mini-Hamam hat, ein eher normales und nicht besonderes Frühstück.. und ansonsten auch nichts Besonderes als das freundliche Personal hat. In der Stadt habe ich Super-Erfahrung mit anderen 3-4 Sterne Hotels, die wirklich sehr überrascht haben, jedoch einen Drittel von dem gekostet hatten.. somit kam für mich hier kein Mehrwert rüber..

Hotel molto elegante in palazzo storico in una posizione strategica per spostamenti e per andare a Ibla anche a piedi (ma c’è anche uno shuttle nelle vicinanze). Colazione molto buona e servizio eccellente.

Alloggiati nella camera 28, visibilmente rinnovata di recente e molto ampia. Ottima colazione con ampia selezione di prodotti locali. Personale estremamente gentile e competente. Un suggerimento, nel box doccia manca una mensola per gli shampoo etc

Personale di una gentilezza straordinaria, si impegnano al massimo per farti sentire a tuo agio. Se avete in programma una tappa a Ragusa vi consiglio di fermarvi. Colazione ricca e grande varietà di scelte. Abbastanza vicino anche al Ragusa Ibla che si può raggiungere a piedi.

Personale gentilissimo. Colazione top. Tutti i servizi eccellenti. La struttura offre scorci incantevoli di storia. Complimenti al nuovo direttore e a tutto lo staff, che si adopera al massimo per offrire un'esperienza indimenticabile e lasciare un ottimo ricordo.

This is a nice hotel, but lacked a few of the little extra things to make it feel like a luxury boutique. We booked 2 junior suites for our family of 4 - space was adequate, but the suites themselves were quite different sizes (but the same price). Pros: Good location in the upper part of Ragusa. Easy walk to restaurants, and about a 15 minute walk to the old part of town (though it is a steep walk down to get to the old town and then many many steps to get back up). Front desk staff is friendly. Beds are good quality. Windows seem to keep the noise out well enough. Bathrooms have everything you need and are clean. No parking, but there is a paid garage a couple blocks away that makes it easy to use your car. Cons: Not really cons, but given the price point, we hoped for some more of the small touches. For example: a/c doesn't work this time of the year (understandable), but the rooms got quite stuffy. Would have been nice to have a fan available for circulation. We did keep windows open when we could, but closed them at night to keep noise out and the room got hot. Breakfast was good, but they charged us 8 euros pp extra to order eggs. This was the only hotel we stayed at in Sicily (out of 6 hotels) that charged for that. They even ended up over-charging us (charging us for 5 orders of eggs instead of 4 one of the days) - I'm sure they would have fixed it, but I didn't notice until after we had checked out and by that point, I didn't bother to circle back. Would have been nice if they would just include hot items, as other hotels do. The hotel doesn't have any sort of bar or lounge area - there is a roof-top terrace, but it was very wind-blown and dusty, so not really nice for hanging out. The lobby itself is clean, but very sp**** (just a reception desk really). Rooms were also a little sp**** feeling - maybe add a rug or two in the rooms to make them feel more welcoming/cozy. No turn down service.
