Was awesome stayed and I like the venues and those events thanks the efforts for hospitality by Ms Shama Seema and Museb and I will appreciate her efforts I will special thanks to Mr Suraj Jha the Front office ***ager and his greetings and welcoming is awaome

Very disappointing experience with THE EMERALD CLUB. A deluxe room was booked by me 7 days prior to my visit and I had received the confirmation for the same. As soon as I reached the hotel the receptionist allotted me a room which was at the end of the property and in a very bad condition. I requested for a room change but she refused and said that the room has DG generator connected to it and the stay will be comfortable. When we reached the hotel room we were surprised to see that there was no electricity in the room and the generator wasn’t working. I reached out to the staff and he assured me the electricity would be back in 10 minutes. When the electricity came we saw the room and it was very dirty. Sheets were unclean, floors were not swept properly and the bathroom was dirty. I requested the staff for the room change but they said they were booked but in reality the whole resort was empty. Next morning again there was an electricity cut around 7 AM and we could here staff talking loudly in our villa premises and disturbing us. There were electricity cuts every 15 mins and this continued till 10 AM. Finally we packed our stuff and were ready to check out around 11 AM. The stay here was very unpleasant and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. The property needs to have more cleanliness and the staff behaviour should be professional.

Property is good but I don’t like breakfast system & water bottle charges are not realistic in short what they r charging it’s not worth accordingly. They can make it much better and we were expecting buffet style breakfast but it was not. Best part is staff they are really good.

It's was super stay with delicious food.Staff is super keen to help any time. Well done Mr.Rohith and his ***ager for maintaing a quality services to its guests.Only issue that hotel located bit far from the city, but it helps give you the peaceful environment to the guest.

Plus points Friendly staff Good service Comfortable bed Good pool Lots of garden and very big property Vegetarian breakfast variety Negative points In Room service was by untrained staff and every time I was back from work, room wasn’t cleaned until late evening , globally it’s supposed to be cleaned before 3 pm. Every Wednesday there no power from government, so generators kick in but this Wednesday they couldn’t repair the generator for few good hours Location is 19 kms from city and is far from hustle bustle, if you are on business trip, you need dedicated full day car with chauffeur

Emerald offers an exceptional stay with its prime location and excellent facilities. The staff is incredibly courteous, helpful, and amazing. If you are seeking a quality time, staying at Emerald is undoubtedly worthwhile. I look forward to visiting again, this time with my family.

The resort facilities are good and food quality was excellent. Housekeeping and refilling of toiletries need improvement. Cleaniness and hygieniness upto the mark.. … food mamagement for crowd needs improvement

Very good experience..nice place for events and family gathering in large numbers. Food was very tasty. Staff is helpful. Though the place is little far from the hustle and bustle of city but its still worth staying at. Will look fwd to stay again. Amenities in thw room can be standardised though.

Please consider the electricity issues It's very uncomfortable to be there without electricity, and please provide warm water for bath . It's a necessity of somebody, and please provide handwash , thank you 😊
