I love the embassy suites however, everyone I stay here something goes wrong. The first stay the pool was broke. I discovered this after i called the hotel and was told that it wasn't, drove 2hrs, and it was broke. This time roaches in the pool area, big and small, a guest with mental illness attacked a child in my party, and the parking lot is pack. The room is amazing and staff really empathetic. Extermination can be done and and a better checkin process.

I really enjoyed the stay we will stay again. The service was friendly and the rooms were clean! My daughter loved it! Only thing i would mention which was a bit of an inconvenience is that the TVs are just cable. The streaming options do not work, I was told that this feature would be active in the future. Maybe an issue if you have younger kids. They are doing some remodeling, maybe this is apart of it.

My family and I left a bag behind and when we went back all of our belongings were stolen. Bill at the front desk was nasty, unprofessional, sarcastic, and made fun of the matter. Mr. Bill was recorded and I will be forwarding to corporate! We are out $500!!!!!

The hotel staff was awesome, very kind and friendly. The hotel restaurant food is very expensive for what you actually receive. The main areas were nice and well taken care of. Our room wasn’t the cleanest I’ve stayed it but it wasn’t horrible. Just grime in the shower, and some dust around. The mushroom splash area in the pool was down so we were disappointed by that but otherwise it was a great stay. One note, the whole hotel is smoke free, only the accessible rooms on ******* are listed as non-smoking which is confusing when booking.

The front desk associate wrote our room number down wrong on our card so we disturbed another guest. This was extremely embarrassing to us. We couldn’t enjoy the pool or the hot tub with our kids because there was a kid’s birthday party in the pool which made it extremely loud. Kids were in and out of the hot tub and pool splashing us in the face. There were also no luggage trolleys available to carry our things upstairs once we came all the way back down to find out we were on the 7th floor and not the 4th. The front desk clerk moved our room from what I originally booked to a family suite- which had bunk beds. I told her I had a 16, 17, and under 1 year old children. On the bunk beds it states the weight limit is 65 pounds. My 17 year old is 250 pounds and 6’5. Almost as if she wanted me to pay for incidentals. My first impression is now that I can’t trust the staff. I am truly disappointed.

My sisters & I were celebrating mom's bday & wanted a nice place for a staycation. it's convenient to shopping, easy access & very attractive looking downstairs. Our room was highly disappointing. 1st to my view was horrible!!! but the loudness of the refride had us searching for the loud noise. Finally, our door to the bathroom from the rooms entrance was broken & kept getting off the hinges, a little lady came up& put it back on track but can you imagine EACH & EVERY TIME WE NEEDED TO GO TO THE BATHROOM HAVING TO DO THIS? TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. it was like lifting weights every time someone had to go to the bathroom & imagine trying not to pinch your fingers too. All evening & morning 2 people lift & slide the door to close because there was nothing to catch the door once you opened it & if you've stayed there that's a pretty large door. Le sigh, very disappointed with that!

The woman who checked me in was kind; answered all my questions, and quickly gave me the key to my room!
