Great hotel in Ranchi. Beds very comfortable. Food was varied and a good choice. Rooms were spotless and cleaned daily. A big thank you to our cleaner Santosh kr.makato. Would definitely recommend this hotel for both individuals and groups.

Flavours good ambiences and good service spl by Ankita and there team captain Sunil. Has excellent view of pond and very nice rooms also thanks for giving a good stay and breakfast is also very nice staff behaviour is very good sitting is also comfortable room service is also good thank you again to Prakash Sunil Pushpa Deepak and all there staff

Stay was good. Very hospitable. I really enjoyed the stay. Food was good . I will stay here again in the future. Hotel staff was good. Morning breakfast was good. Everyone was very helpful. I would recommend for others to stay here. Thanks for all help.

Service was top notch, Niranjan verma service towards the customer is excellent. Room is neat and clean. I stayed in Presidential suite which was quite comfortable and relaxing. North indian food was delicious. Washroom situation can be slightly improved , overall 9/10

Good comfortable rooms, with ample light and window with view. Food is good. Special thanks to niranjan for smooth checkin and gunjan for smooth checkout we would love to come back again. The behaviour of the staff of each department is hats off. They are very nice.

The stay was comfortable and liked the hospitality...the room was comfortable and amenities were nice....the only concern was that I didn't get enough food options being a vegetarian. I would like to mention M r Ranjan who took time to take my feedback and wanted to understand if there was any issue at all and how the hospitality can be improved further Thanks for the good stay . Will surely visit again

The rooms and service staff were very good. Had a pleasant stay. The room was very spacious and luxurious. I was upgraded to premium room everyday a new selection of breakfast gym is well maintained everyone is very helpful and cooperative love to have here again
