The place was great I stayed one night while making my way from LA to Lake Tahoe. Needed a nights rest. I had looked at other places that were cheaper but I felt were shady. I was willing to pay $50 more for no drama and working air conditioning. The only reason I am not giving this place a perfect rating is because they didn't disclose there was a $10 parking fee. If they had told me that up front it wouldn't have been a big deal. Other than that the staff was great. There were food and coffee places nearby and it was quiet... Cheers

I had a wonderful stay at Courtyard by Marriott Rancho Cordova Sacramento. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly, and the amenities were excellent. I highly recommend it for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Very nice and helpful staff. Great price, super clean hotel and fantastic amenities like their bistro and pool.

Was told when I checked in on Thursday night there would be security in the parking lot checking for parking pass. I parked my car right in front of the building only to find my car had been broken into overnight. I notified the staff and they said they had no cameras outside and that they only have security Friday-Sunday.

The property was nice and clean. We liked that it was convenient to everything we wanted to do.

Great staff, nice layout and spacious lobby/dining areas. Good fitness center for a hotel.

Front desk person had bad attitude and did not speak english and did even try. Dirty, stained, lack of maintenance, $10 fee for parking when there is free parking all over that area.

They made us take a handicap room. Said this is what ******* reserved.

For the Marriott brand this was the worst one I have ever stayed at. Walked in and employee was gagging or throwing up in the back. Came out and handed us the keys since we had did precheck in We did not have to stay with her very long. Room had a lock off and you could hear everything next door all night. The AC didn’t work and there was not a window in the room we could open. They had a sliding glass door that was open to the parking lot that had many homeless walking around. The slider only would allow you to crack it open to get a little air in. Parking was $10 a day which was unfortunate since our family staying at a lower star hotel had a better experience with no parking fee and about $30 a day. Would not stay again or recommend.

Not so good, been here a few times and every time I book this place I think Marriott this will be nice... it’s just ok, 1. Paid parking is stupid 2. No microwave 3. The bed and the tv are next to each other instead of the tv being at the end of the room so if you both want to kick back on the bed and watch tv someone has to look over someone not cool at all 4. Shitass coffee in the room, horrible 5. Have to pay for regular coffee ridiculous! 6. No free breakfast, during Covid they would hand out a sack lunch to anyone who wanted one 7. They have a beautiful pool and sitting area but do not rent out the nice rooms that have nice little patios by the pool. I’ve been going here 4-5 times and asked for one of these rooms every time and they tell me every time none available. But I never have seen anyone in any of those rooms they lie!! 8. No drinking water in the room, Sacramento tap water isn’t good 9. Can not understand what the lady checking us in is saying, at least have a employee who can speak English at the front desk I hate having to ask someone repeatedly to repeat them self so annoying 10. Close to good food options in the area Overall this was our last stay here, I’ll never forget again how uncomfortable the rooms are because of the way it is furnished so hard to kick back and watch tv I wish I could draw the room layout to warn ppl that the tv is right by ur head by the bed on the side Stupid room layout!! I hate that I have never got to stay on

Finally, a clean, comfortable, quiet and safe place. We have stayed at different hotels over the years and I think we finally found a place we really liked.

I had a poor experience. Card was ran twice for incidentals and no apology or anything from management. One elevator very hard to find. Lines of ants in my bathroom when I woke up and had to clean before I could get in the shower. Shower leaked all over the floor.

We booked this hotel about 3 times and we've been very pleased about the stay we do soccer tournaments with our son and its been great all times we've stayed

I stayed at this room and it was not that great compared to the one Downtown Oakland. Then they charged me for a parking fee without a car. Really
