蘭喬米拉麗思卡爾頓酒店(The Ritz-Carlton, Rancho Mirage)

This is not one of the better Ritz Carlton I have stayed in. While it's all the way out there in Rancho Mirage, the resort activities are very limited.

Overall experience was good. Kind staff that was helpful and seemed genuinely interested in supporting the stay. My only issue here was that some (not all) of the other guests seemed to have forgotten their manners or decorum. Just because you pay a premium to stay at the Ritz, or any hotel, doesn’t mean you get to act without manners or kindness.

Very cool property on a hill with a great view from our room. Exceptional service. Free afternoon cocktail in the lobby. Plenty of space to sit and relax with my wife. Everyone helpful with any questions. It was summer time and very hot so not crowded. Would stay there again. Separate adult pool was quiet.

My husband and I planned a special trip to begin our retirement. We chose the Ritz Carlton, Rancho Mirage, CA. The room was beautiful and very clean. There was a huge bath tub and a wonderful shower. We chose the desert view and enjoyed the sunrise from our balcony. The Spa was beautiful and the people there were very accomodating to made the experience very relaxing. We had dinner at the Edge restaurant on property - food was carefully prepared and delicious. Cecelia, our server, made our evening extra special by treating us like long time friends. She had great stories about the area and the food. Everywhere we went on property was clan and all the employees helped make our experience special. We definitely had a 5 star experience.

Booked a room for my son & daughter-in-law to celebrate her 40th birthday. The hotel took very good care of them and made them feel special. They enjoyed a wonderful weekend breakaway. Thanks to all personnel making this happen for them.

I love this property mainly for the exclusivity of it. The adult pool is where I spent most of my time. The spa was amazing with the amenities they offer. I love the way the staff remembers what I liked and my name. This property sits high on the hill with an awesome sunset.

The atmosphere was amazing, and the staff was very nice and accomodating. The rooms are out of date, and that comes with things not properly clean or questionable. Especially the towels and robes. Certain purchases for in room dining was missing items and seemed lacking. Drinks ordered at the pool were not properly made. But overall, the spa was a great time. I would still go back as I am sure the experience will not always be the same.

Peaceful is the word that comes to mind when I think of the ritz here. Relaxing from environment with great views. Great amenities. Staff was on top of every request with a smile on their face. Two restaurants here both with outstanding food. Hotel is secluded on top of a hill but is close enough to everything you might need and to the tourist sites. I can not stress enough how this will be the only place I stay when I’m in the area.

We got a lovely surprise upgrade, every staff person was friendly and competent. The spa treatments were fabulous. We felt cared for at every stage of our stay.
