菲爾威酒店-水療及高爾夫度假村(The Fairway Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort)

Well the service was just terrible , I don’t know how this hotel has such a high rating. So unprofessional

I booked this room as a quiet getaway for myself, I especially chose this hotel for the balcony so I can sit outside with a glass of wine and relax. Unfortunately when I arrived, 2 hours after check in started, my room still was not ready, there was also a wedding on that weekend so they were unable to provide room service. Lastly what I found quite disappointing, the balcony was filthy and the outside furniture was covered in bird fesses and not even set up for guests.

We had such an amazing stay at the hotel, although it seemed very short, therefore we are already planning a second trip back, but this time around we'll leave the baby at home so we can experience all that the hotel has to offer. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Thank you so much to Tumi and Sibongile at reception, to name a few.

I would certainly rate the hotel a 10/10 and definitely recommend it to anyone, any day. It was worth every cent. My family and I would love to come back here again and experience the hotel to full capacity

Stayed for a full day at the spa. Excellent spa and recommended. The rooms were fine, although needed a bit of attention. This is really a conference venue. Restaurant has average food and at a fairly high price - eat elsewhere.

Friendly and warm reception with stunning sized rooms and an on suite bathroom. Bathroom extraction fan was not working and noisy guest in adjacent rooms however it was a short and an enjoyable weekend .

Have stayed in the Fairway many times and the location and rooms lived up to previous experiences. The restaurant was however very disappointing. We opted for the buffet and the quality was poor and expensive. Dinner for 2 with wine was the same price as the room rate
