Overall it was a good experience staying in this hotel. Room were clean and spacious. Staff was very helpful in providing information. Breakfast was good just they need to be more proactive to refill the stuff once it is finished.

I booked the reservation for 2 rooms each with a king bed. When I arrived, I was told they didn’t have those rooms available. And she said her manager noticed the day before that those rooms were not available. So one of our parties got stuck in a queen bed. Floor was nasty, shoes were sticking to the floors, hair in the bathroom. You couldn’t pay me to stay here again!

We picked this place to stay over others because of the laminate flooring. I have allergies and an autoimmune disease and carpet is just so unsanitary. Well, I guess it didn't really matter much because the floors in these rooms were filthy. I brought my own Swiffer wipes with me and had to use three on one room. I brought this to the attention of the front desk and they told me that there was nothing they could do to compensate me because I booked through *******. She did say she would have the owner of the property contact me, which he did, but he also did nothing other than thank me for letting him know of the problem.

Never got to stay here, they had 2 employees walk out and 23 rooms uncleaned. My booked room was unavailable, and they were un accommodating! They offered me a downgrade room and wanted me to wait an hour. Because they had “something”, they would not refund!!! Do not book here, and Expedia’s given me the run around for a refund due to it being passed cancellation time! Not impressed with either service. My money was stolen basically… Waiting for the email, we’ll see!

There is no hot water and no slolution by night. It is noisy as a lot of families stayed in one room :( Everything needs to be borrowed like Hair Dryer and you need to pick yourself .:( I booked it as some reviews said it is good but don’t trust it and I booked in a high price

The check in time is after 3pm, we were still driving at 6pm and they started trying to run my card- I wasn’t even there. Get to the room, not bad, floors a little dirty. Go to use the shower and there are hairs on the wall. Not from us, my hair is 2 ft looking and my husband has read hair that’s buzzed. No one came in to clean the room the next day, we left before noon came back well after 10pm and had to call the desk for towels. Girl told me she’s the only one there can we wait 15 min or come get them. Check out was 11am- housekeeping didn’t even knock and opened our door well before 11am. Good thing we had the door latched. I will never visit this property again and most likely not any other. The continental breakfast is a joke.

We checked in, we’re given the room key card and went to go check it out. My husband and I walked in and it looked okay, not as nice as the pictures look, but could live with that. My husband pulled the blanket down on the bed and found stains on the fitted sheet as well as the flat top sheet. I was looking around in the room and counted at least 5 live flies, and other dead ones. On top of the stained bedding, this was an immediate turn off. I ended up killing a couple of the flies with their notepad of paper that they had near the TV. My husband and I were less than impressed, and quite frankly just disgusted. The floors were slightly wet so they must have just cleaned the floors but still put stained sheets on the bed and didn’t do anything with the flies, dead or alive. We brought our room card key back to the front desk and I explained to the staff that we would not be staying and why. They offered to put us in a different room, but we declined. We both had a very sour taste in our mouths from the presentation of our room for the price we paid per night. I was rudely told I would need to contact ******* because I booked this room on here, and that they would still be charging me for the first night’s stay regardless. I spoke with ******* who also spoke with the property, they still declined to give me a full refund. They are keeping $140 of my money. Lesson learned: I will not waste my money on a place like this in the future, no second chances here!

This was the single most disgusting hotel I’ve ever encountered. I am reporting it to the NYS of health. The room stank horribly of mold. I asked if they could change linen because it smelled dirty…..no housekeeper-I changed them myself. Found at least 5 DIFFERENT bugs. Found actual blood stains in various places, shower so disgusting I ruined a pair of brand new flip flops as I wasn’t going barefoot. Check in girl promised refund when management arrived, only to call down and be screamed at “I wouldn’t allow housekeeping” WHO WAS NOT THERE Do not stay here

Staff were friendly and hotel is close to Niagra Falls. Rooms were modern but v small, we had 2adults 1 child and it was cramped. There was no soap provided in our room, which is not ideal. The worst part was how thin the walls are, we could hear conversations clealr at low volume next door(s) but this meant that the screaming and shouting may as well have been in our room. We reserved 2nts but checked out after 1 as had done everything we wanted to at NF and couldn't endure another poor quality night sleep. Breakfast is v limited but wht there is is good
