Hotel Balaji Central

This is very old hotel. Maintenance is Zero, there was dust in reception furniture. Chairs in restaurant are not maintained, breakfast served was not good enough. Food prices are on higher side. Standard rooms are not good. Deluxe room is ok, executive room is well maintained. Bed is firm and comfortable for my liking.

Worst experience, pathetic room no 208 which was allocated to me & earlier room no 211 which was very horrible, location is average, not tried any food. Breakfast was very limited & below the expectation.

Room was not well maintained. Walls having cracks and chipping off. Asked to change to some better room but was no response from hotel end

Nice premises, good stay, peacock in premises awesome stay. Staff is courteous, service is goooooooood rooms are clean and neat. Act immediately on feedback

Very bad condition room on high tariff bad hotel premises lift not working

Satisfactory service provided by hotel team and there is some cleaning issue inside the room. Bathroom area is dirty and smell from outside windows.

Rooms were clean and well maintained. The staff were very nice and courteous. Food was simple and very good. These highway hotels are also wedding venues. If there is a wedding then it can be a little noisy. We were lucky to have a peaceful stay.

Room was in bad condition. Bedsheets were dirty so the pillow cover. Walls were also dirty. Bathroom cleaning was not proper

I booked 2 rooms for an overnight sleepover. Had an important official visit in morning. There was no service available in night. Terrible night staff. No running hot water for bath in the night nor in morning. No urgent ironing of clothes which was needed for early morning meeting. Morning staff were better. They somehow tried to help. Rooms were ok. Not very good though.
