OYO 90297 愛美麗酒店

Air conditioning not functional well. Need to waiting for the long time to get the room cold. But something bad smell in the air conditioner like something die in there. This is the first and the last staying at this hotel.

very bad on service, receptionist so arrogant not friendly to customer Aircond not cold at all, even complain to receptionist no action, water pressure to slow. the hotel like ******* house. Not suitable with the rate. not recommended this hotel. very disappointed.

Time for Refurbishment - this property is run down and in need of a serious upgrade. Broken showers with the wall brackets simply left on the shelf for the customer to see. The common areas are in need of a good clean also. Finally, arrival and check-in was far from smooth, only one member of our party on a separate booking received a call as the booking details said would occur. Upon arrival colleagues were told that they no longer had rooms booked - it was far from professional. Eventually everyone got a bed in shared rooms but it took sometime. This property needs to up its game.
