"我們9月10日辦理入住，一到飯店前台，接待員就堅持說他們的系統裡只登記了一個人，並提出可以幫我們支付第二個人三晚的費用。在我們堅持之後，她打電話去核實，結果發現一切正常，我們已經付清了所有費用。她的態度很差，好像是我們無禮似的。我們預訂的是一間雙床房，照片上顯示的也是雙人床，但他們卻給了我們一間只有一張大床的房間。我們升級到了另一間雙床房，但不得不自己把床分開，然後另外要兩張床單。她還說洗衣機壞了，兩天後，另一個接待員又說只有烘乾機壞了，我們根本沒時間洗衣服。房間裡一面牆的插座壞了，電視也看不了。廚房有爐灶，但沒有鍋碗瓢盆，所以我們什麼都做不了。早餐還不錯，種類豐富，可以吃得很開心。房間也很乾淨。當時水療中心和泳池幾乎空無一人，但還是可以游泳的。晚餐的選擇不多，附近的餐廳一週只營業三天，時間太晚，吃不上飯。健身房的器材不多，其中一台還壞了，這讓我先生很擔心，他很不高興。如果你有車，又想找個安靜的地方，這裡值得一去。"

"我可以說我們在這裏住的很開心。房間乾淨,浴室也乾淨。我們住在家庭公寓,有陽台,可以欣賞到山的美景。酒店內部的游泳池很乾淨,不是很小,有兩個嬰兒/兒童游泳池。桑拿有點小,但很好。食物正常,美味,質量好。工作人員友好合作。總結一下,我會說質量好,價格合理。"

"Fantastic hotel! Spacious rooms, great atmosphere, and excellent spa services. The staff made us feel very welcome. Ideal place for a calm and refreshing vacation!"

"We stayed 7 nights as a four member family, overnighting with breakfast, and we were very satisfied with hotel. Food was really nice, many choices for breakfast, and dinner with a special offer was great. Hotel has a great location and space just in front of it for play, so kids enjoy it. Hygiene at the spa could be better, but we didn’t spend too much time there, so no big deal. And the girl at the reception should be more willing to help, because on almost every our question their answer were - I don’t know ☺️ but whole in whole - we had a great time at hotel and Bansko too…our recommendation!"

"We rented a apartment privately but did stay in the hotel for 1 night in a studio which was ok, however no kettle cups ir anything like that, we had breakfastthat 1st morning and it aas ok just not to my kids taste as they are fussy eaters, Pool is lovely only thing I could possibly fault is no outside toilets by the pool so a bit of a pain with a 3 year old so had to take her in and out to the one by reception alot other than that fantastic we will visit again privately"
