紅鹿麗笙酒店(Radisson Hotel & Suites Red Deer)

Hotel room was nice. Area was ok and very easy to get to sylvan lake. Check in was a bit problematic as they hadn’t checked requests or returned a message to me which hasn’t happened before with a booking. Reception seemed a bit confused. I was told I should have called. I said I emailed and left a voice mail neither were responded to. Apart from reception and the breakfast buffet it was a good experience. . But we got a room. Food cooked to order was really good. Breakfast buffet ok at best. Pool area nice.

Gym and The hot tub is wonderful. The lobby business area is great. Cleanliness in the room is good. What I dont like is: The key is not working even if it was away from phone. Had to get key 3 times. Breakfast options are not good enough for the cost. There is no recycle container for recyclable bottles. The elevator is too slow. Tesla charger was not working. Cleanliness in the public area especially the elevator is not up to the standard

There was only one front desk agent and lots of people checking in. Was not offered upgrade or any VIP amenities. Tried to charge for 2 rooms when one was cancelled ahead of time. Nice hotel.

Excellent service. Was placed in a quiet area in the hotel away from the hockey players checking in at the same time

This is now my favourite and go to hotel in Red Deer. Great comfortable rooms. Clean and well maintained.

The pool and hot tub / Sauna feature was nice, however not the cleanest (old and falling apart could use a good scrub). The little games room is advertised as “arcade and games room” was pretty sad. And even when my son and I wanted to check it out they locked the hallway to it so there was no access. The hotel was full of teenagers due to whatever tournaments were going on - this would have been nice if it was communicated to us as the room next to ours and the entire floor was extremely loud and obnoxious when we just wanted to relax.

Overall—it was ok. Average I guess. I felt it could have been cleaner in my opinion (the room). The comforter looked stained on one side. We stayed here once before a couple years back. It seemed a bit better then.

Room was nice and the staff were friendly. The hot tub however felt only luke warm in temperature and water did not appear overly clean.

An okay place to stay. Pool needs severe maintenance and the steam room seemed dirty. They never provided the free drinks included with the exclusive membership but did give me a nice room upgrade.
