Perfect!

Overall, it was a very nice, comfortable stay for Thanksgiving weekend. Spacious room, convenient location and nice staff. The only complaint was the thermostat being weird and not staying on one temperature. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We would stay there again.

Immediately upon our arrival we were told the pool has not been open all season. When asked if that's why we booked our hotel and we said yes, we basically got a shoulder shrug back in response. So do not go here for the pool. The hotel in general was nice and clean. Great location at the Redmond town center.

It wasn't a very good experience. The sheets were properly cleaned, the bed was not comfortable and the overall experience was not upto the mark expected at Mariott.

Check in was horrible. Did not get housekeeping till third day after I complained several times and it was not 100%. no pool. no breakfast. Hotel would not let me check out early. No carts to take out luggage to car. We had to carry everything from 7 floor to elevator to car. For as much as they charge none of this should of happened. The only people that were nice and helpful were the vallet parking guys.

Staff was consistently friendly, whether they were long term trained or newly on boarded. Rooms were peaceful and quiet it it had everything we needed for a two day stay. Rooms were comfortable.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff is lovely. For parking, since there is only valet, you can drive a few blocks north of the mall and use the residential/business area for overnight.

Bed was hard as a rock, had to change rooms; fish tacos were awful; staff were helpful; limited premium tv channels.
