When we checked in the hotel had no wifi so we had to wait for someone to unlock our room doors and this went on for 2 days then the sheets on the bed were dirty and we had to ask for clean sheets and change them ourselves. The security attempted to come in our room at 0600 in the morning with other guests checking in. The one lady at the front desk was very lackadaisical in her responses to our concerns about having access to our rooms. Jacob at night was always very helpful. Everyone else walked around like they didn’t want to be there. The view from our window was a highway with homeless people living at the back in tents. Also the beach was not close at all actually a 20 minute drive.

We booked this property last minute on NYE after the original reservation we had booked months ago did not work out due to a last-minute maintenance issue. Upon arrival, we were told that they had no rooms despite us having an active reservation. Initially, they were very accommodating and trying to figure out how they could accommodate us in a room. They were apologetic and told us that they would compensate the parking and give us an extra room discount due to not having what we booked. We were late for our dinner reservation so they stored our luggage while we went to our reservation. Upon returning, they let us know that they found us a room and everything seemed fine. The rooms are a bit dated but overall clean. There is no scheduled housekeeping, so we had to call for clean towels a few times. Upon check out, our receipt indicated the full price as well as parking. I politely notified the front desk that we were supposed to have complementary parking due to the issue on arrival, and she reported that it was noted by the manager in our account that she was not to give us comped parking so apparently he just said that on check-in but had no intention of following through. It was $60 for 3 nights so not a huge cost; however, dishonesty is a huge turn off. I absolutely would not book this hotel again.

Familienhotel ohne grösseren Luxus, aber mit geräumigen Zimmern, praktischer und ordentlicher Einrichtung, dabei mit sehr guten Betten und Kissen und einer guten Dusche. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfreich. Gute Ausgangslage.

Le camere sono belle ma poco curate nei dettagli, la camera per 4 con angolo cottura non era fornita di accessori per tutti. Una porta dell'armadio era bloccata. Il bagno era sprovvisto dei prodotti da bagno, non ce li hanno portati alla prima richiesta li abbiamo presi in reception alla seconda. La wi-fi non ha funzionato per l'intero soggiorno. Il personale della colazione merita però una lode particolare, davvero gentili e sempre di buon umore.

We enjoyed our stay, the 1 bedroom provided ample space and amenities for our family of 4. The decor was eye pleasing, and we loved the soap/hair products already mounted in the shower. Morning breakfast was complimentary and a nice way to start the day. While it was not Redondo Beach (close but actually Lawndale) the location was in good distance to the hotel, freeway and stores. We will definitely stay again.
