七橡酒店瑞吉納(Seven Oaks Hotel Regina)

Absolutely a great stay, my husband and I travel a fair amount and we stayed here because of the price and we were not expecting too much but it was honestly one of the better stays we have had! Clean and friendly staff!

Front desk staff needs to improve their attitude...

Heater in room was loud and noisy, had to turn it off and get cold. Room smelled like an ashtray from the 90's, irritated my allergies. At least the bed sheets smelled good and the front desk was nice. Not coming back even for a pool party.

Had a 1 night stay, so didn't get a chance to check out or use the pool area. The first thing I noticed when I entered this hotel was the wall of heat & humidity. It was hot outside, maybe hotter inside. When I asked the staff about it, they said "oh well, it's hot outside, it's hard to keep up" I thought it to be a bit rude of a response. i can't even review anything else, because our group of 8 (2 per room, so 4 rooms) were ALL SO HOT we had a miserable sleep and were sticking to the sheets, that's how hot it was in there. Unbearable, really not an acceptable temperature. I wouldn't recommend this hotel if you need a comfortable temperature to sleep, I wouldnt rebook here again. Also, we went to the lobby restaurant, and one of our party let the server know that her Caesar tasted odd, and we could hear one of the staff at the booth behind us gossiping about it with a patron in the restaurant, but we could all hear her talking about us. Really unprofessional behaviour. So in a nutshell, way too hot of a hotel/broken or no air conditioning and rude staff. Book at your own risk! (The gentlemen helping at the concierge desk checking guests in and out was lovely).

The bed was super comfy, but there was this weird sticky liquid substance on a table, dusty surfaces, dirty carpet, dirty chairs, dirty bed ruffles. The staff was super friendly and professional. The hallways were unreasonably hot. I would definitely not return.

Checking in took forever, we waited in line for like 20 minutes while there was only one person working the front desk. The hot tub was closed too, which ******. And we were not informed about the chemical clean in the pool.

Unreliable wifi and cable, spent a lot of time not being able to use either. Bathroom needs a good cleaning of bleach to get rid of the black mold in the tub. Pool looks great in the pictures, but could also do with some more cleaning. Scum ring around the pool was quite off putting. Front desk was unfriendly when calling to inquire about cable/wifi outages. When I asked for a late check out, I was given an extra 28 minutes only. Overall service was not good.
