蘭斯中心大教堂美居酒店(Hôtel Mercure Reims Centre Cathédrale)

Hotel is located about 10 min away from Cathedral near highway off-ramp. Check-in was efficient and welcoming. They offered a complementary coupon for a champagne on-site with some munchies in the lobby. The room was good size Europe. But I would consider this as a 3-3.5 star vs 4 star hotel as the finishing was just a bit tacky with purple themes, wine, grapes, etc ... I would have preferred a gym on-site. The breakfast was bountiful and a great selection. I would stay in this hotel again for the price.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour avec un surclassement et vue sur canal. Établissement très propre et proche du centre Cathédrale Personnel disponible et souriant. Établissement bien équipé malgré un vieillissement de l’hôtel. Merci à l’ensemble des équipes pour leurs sourires et les conseils. Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir.

The room was extremely dirty, with old hairballs on the bathroom floor, hair in the bedsheets and the floors and corners looked like it hadn't been cleaned properly. It was uncomfortable to stay in a place that untidy. Basic amenities were not provided, and the receptionist did not understand what body lotion was, let alone being able to supply me with any. They also struggled to inform us what was open on a Sunday and didn't seem to be well informed about the local area - we had to rely on Google. the location was away from the quaintness of the town, so you didn't feel the charm of Reims on their road - overall disappointing and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Très bon séjour comme d'habitude. Merci pour votre accueil et votre disponibilité. Les conseils sur le Champagne nous ont vraiment plu.

Séjour sympathique gâché uniquement par une chambre prémium (la 402) qui, malgré la jolie vue sur la marne (avec ses péniches pittoresques) et le stade de Reims donnait surtout sur l'autoroute (A344). Nous avons eu l'impression d'avoir dormi aux abords du périphérique parisien. Sinon le reste du séjour était parfait.

Chambre spacieuse et literie très confortable sauf pour le lit d appoint mon fils de 13ans sentait les ressorts du sommier... Petit déjeuner avec beaucoup de choix et très bon.

Trés bon hotel très proche du centre ville, de la cathédrale et du canal (pour les marches récréatives le long de l'eau). Très bon restaurant à l'intérieur de l'hotel.

Very cheap looking and in need of refurbishment. Front desk service really nice. Restaurant service horrible. We had to ask for a bottle of water 3 times. No one spoke English. And didn't know what Bacardi cola (coke) is even though the rum is written in the menu as Bacardi. Plus extremely slow.
