雷姆沙伊德塞維斯酒店(Serways Hotel Remscheid)

Das allerschlimmste ist, dass es kein funktionstüchtiges WLAN gibt. Es wird zwar suggeriert, dass es das gibt und man kriegt auch ein Passwort usw. Aber die Verbindung bricht jede 2min von alleine ab. Das ist sehr lästig. Zudem werden an manchen Tagen die Zimmer einfach nicht sauber gemacht. Betten sind extrem ungemütlich Für mich nie wieder

Ich war leider gar nicht zufrieden und kann das Hotel nicht empfehlen. Mir wurde ein Zimmer gegeben in dem ich Urinflecken und andere Abdrücke überall auf der Toilette gefunden habe. Ich habe versucht ein neues Zimmer zu bekommen. Da wurde mir erst gesagt es gibt kein anderes Zimmer und sie würden das Klo desinfizieren. 5 Minuten später gab es dann doch ein anderes Zimmer. Dort waren dann Haare im Waschbecken und auf der Toilette... Ich fand das Ganze so ekelig, dass ich wieder ausgecheckt und mir ein anderes Hotel gesucht habe.

Das Hotel liegt direkt, oberhalb der Autobahn. Auf der Karte war mir das leider nicht so ersichtlich. Parken war kein Problem. Das Zimmer befand sich im dritten Stock, leider ließ sich kein Fenster öffnen, um frische Luft einzulassen. Es war verklebt. Das Bett war so schmal, dass man sich nicht einmal richtig drehen konnte. Auch in der Nacht waren die Geräusche so laut, dass ich kein Auge zu getan habe. Im Bad lösen sich bereits die Fliesen. Wasser wurde an einem Tag nur lauwarm.

I stated 5 nightds at the hotel. You can walk behind the hotel in the forest. Fresh air. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Free parking area is available. At lobby, you can drink something hot or cold. Facilities ara ok. But free Wi-Fi is a problem at the hotel. Reception gives you a paper written username and password on which changes daily. On my last day morning, when I was leaving hotel, I asked Wi-Fi password as I needed emergency internet. The young lady working at reception was cooking told me that there was no internet at that moment and didn’t help me! She told me that the computer was default! That behaviour shows the attitude towards customer. I left the hotel with a big disappoin**ent. Sorry but never visit that hotel again. Good luck!

Beautiful location, lady at reception was exceptionally professional and friendly

This hotel was chosen by a cat club as a logistic base for an international cat show. Rooms are pretty new or recently refubished, they are fine. The overall facility is pretty new, so it would have been great, had the elevator been working. Not for me, as I had a small luggage and no cats, but some guests were older ladies carrying along cats and heavy luggage, and they had to climb stairs with their stuff in two/three times. Breakfast is not the best I have ever seen, but it is fair. The major negative point turned out to be staff, whom I perceived as very unfriendly (no will to "welcome home someone who is not at home") and quite unprofessional, with none at the front desk, or interacting with guests, able to speak English or any other language than German. Really, an experience I am hardly going to forget.

Arrived just after 19.30 and hoped to have dinner in the restaurant. Told it was closed. Plus reception closed at 20.00 and as my husband left our room to look for something to eat i had to sit in total darkness as we only had one key. And that key he needed to enter the hotel by the night entrance. Only one sad pillow per bed. No way of finding someone to ask for extra. All in a very disappointing stay. Have used This hotel many times over the past years but sadly no more. New times for restaurant and reception are not acceptable for someone who may arrive after 20 00
