斯圖加特保時捷設計塔的麗笙藍標酒店(Radisson Blu Hotel at Porsche Design Tower)

Sehr saubere schöne Zimmer. Das Personal ist sehr nett. Leider ist der Sauna berreich sehr klein

Grauenhaft. Buchung für 20 Leute inkl. Tagungsraum getätigt. 3 Wochen vorher, nach vorheriger Zusage, Bezahlung etc. einfach storniert, mit der Begründung, dass es ein "Systemfehler" war. Inkompetenz des Ansprechpartners hier scheint riesig gewesen zu sein. Jetzt darf die ganze Firma kurzfristig ne Alternative in wenigen Wochen finden. Nie wieder Radisson, war nicht das erste Mal.

Das Restaurant ist unterirdisch. Als direkter Nachbar ging ich mit größter Erwartungshaltung am Eröffnungstag ins Restaurant. Ergebnis 3 Monate Komma, so sche... . Wenn nicht in direkter Umgebung das ARIA wäre, könnten die Gäste die Radissongruppe auf Schadenersatz verklagen, denn dann wäre Zwangsverhungern vorgegeben. Aber der Hoteldirektor verweigert die Krawatte für seine Glanzleistung.

Von Anfang bis Ende haben wir uns wohl gefühlt. Sehr netter und speditiver Empfang, grosszügige Garage, saubere Zimmer mit unglaublicher Aussicht, sehr bequeme Betten. Einzige Kritikpunkte auf sehr hohem Niveau: Zu laute Musik am Empfang, man muss alles zweimal sagen und die Luft in den Zimmern ist sehr trocken. Würden auf jedem Fall wiederkommen und auch empfehlen.

Hôtel récent et moderne avec un accès facile en voiture (parking directement sous l hôtel). Accueil adéquat et rapide pour le check-in. Chambre de grande taille avec une très belle vue sur Stuttgart et sa campagne (la vue peut varier selon l emplacement de la centre). Petite déjeuner de bonne facture avec également une vue agréable sur Stuttgart.

Attending this hotel on a business trip, knew I’d be getting in early so I called ahead and asked for early check in and was informed this should be ok. Waited 30 mins while they checked for a room and had to chase up for an update. Given how I’d travelled that morning I had not eaten so I checked on their website and they offer room service. Perfect, I’ll need that! Arrived in my room looking for a menu but couldn’t find one, picked up the phone to call room service using the designated button, phone would not dial, nor would it dial out to SOS on another button which was worrying. Called on my mobile to report the damaged phone and ask how to order and was told they do not offer room service and no food available until dinner. I did say it was clearly on their website and on the phone as a button! But nope, no food options until later. Decided to see if there was anything to drink in my room and found an open bottle of water, who opened this and why is there some missing?! Was going to call down to ask but….phone is still broken. Also pillows were dirty with some black mark on the sides. Honestly, I travel a lot and have stayed in many hotels including others in Stuttgart. This is by far the worse experience I’ve had so far. I maybe a touch h-angry when I write this but it’s a nice modern hotel and very new but service I expected was just not there and in complete contradiction to what was on their website. They’ve spent a lot of time making it look good with a nice theme (Porsche) but the service and basics are missing.
