西雅圖南港華盛頓湖凱悦酒店(Hyatt Regency Lake Washington at Seattle's Southport)

It was a quick and easy check-in at hotel when we arrived. The room we picked had direct views of the lake and distant views of downtown Seattle skyscrapers. There are walking paths along the lake from the hotel and a couple restaurants on the water. The hotel also had a great restaurant that we ate at a few times. Great location and beautiful views.

Not convenient to anything. Stayed in 965, paid extra for lake view and was disappointed by the wedding parties and drones. Boeing next door randomly rev'ing the airplanes. Over charged my card by charging double the incidentals. $35 & tax per day, beyond what you paied for the room. Guest have no priority with dining. Will never stay again. @BlueMooseTraveler on the tube.

I loved almost everything about this hotel! Stayed 2 nights.The room layout was spacious and the view from our room was magnificent. It was nice to have a fridge in the room, but slightly inconvenient to have to go to the lobby to use the microwave there. Staff running the Sip Lounge were wonderful. Staff at the "Dock and Drink" bar were rude and didn't bother asking if we wanted to order anything. Just assumed we were there to sit in their chairs and told us we couldn't sit in their area with outside food (it was a leftover container). Ordered room service from The Market. They were very fast and friendly. Valet staff were great too! This is the first hotel EVER where the pool and hot tub were even BETTER than the photos! Truly relaxing and enjoyable stay!

I recently stayed at the hotel in Renton from May 22nd to May 25th, because I am originally from that area and wanted to stay close to family and friends. However, I had one of the worst experiences that I have ever had. My first night after checking in I went to the bar to get a drink. I was sitting at the bar and saw how friendly the European Americans were treated vs. how I was treated. I felt there was an obvious racial component. It continued afterward at dinner in the restaurant in which twice I had to go to the bar to get a drink because we were not being waited on. Not to mention people coming in after us received drinks and food long before us. Again it was obvious how respectful they were treating others (how everyone should be treated). Unfortunately, I was not receiving the same respect and service. Afterward, I talked with the manager in charge but things got even worse. The next day I had a couple of friends visit me on-site and again my bad treatment continued. They were shocked to see how poorly The outside bartender spoke to me but treated others near us completely different. It was almost as if the employees had spoken about me and I now had a bad reputation. As human beings, we should not be treated that way Everyone should be treated equally. If my skin color and the way I dress is a problem for employees, that is very sad because they are judging without even knowing me. I hope your staff in the future can treat all people the same no matter what.
