Hola a todos! saludos cordiales desde la India, soy Costarricense y quiero contarles un poco la experiencia en el hotel, ya que yo al igual que ustedes cuando viajamos queremos saber acerca de hospedaje y seguridad. El hotel realmente es increible, sus instalaciones son de calidad, las habitaciones muy bien equipadas, sus camas son muy confortables, la ducha con agua tanto caliente como fria El desayuno es realmente riquisimo mucha variedad tanto con especies como sin especies. Almuerzo y cena riquisimo... El hotel tiene gym y amo esto! cuenta con piscina y ambio parqueo. hablando de el personal y el servicio al cliente son unicos me senti como una reina, siempre atentos en todo lo que necesitaba. El Gerente es muy atento a sus necesidades el se llama Ashok lo felicito por el servicio y calidad humana, a todos en general podria escribir cada nombre pero agradezco su atencion a mi persona me voy enamoada del lugar y de ustedes, volveria! siiiiii. Importante!!! hablan ingles. Recomiendo este hotel... muchas gracias!

Very good stay overall Every staff was helpful The kids meal n fruits was complimentary every time we ordered. We missed the breakfast in the morning still they send the food in the room after the dining for breakfast was closed as a complimentary. Clean n hygiene. Dinner buffet was very good, and not expensive at all its worth taking the buffet wn u are with kids. Bcz they never charged for the kids. Overall stay was enjoyable with family. Just need to improve their appliances that's it and little new game stuff.

Best service provide by mr Ghansham and food quality was also awesome. They treated as a family member and I really love the hospitality. I will recommend to all. Fortune orange hotel pool is also nice for children and adults. Family can be celebrate there special moments at fortune orange hotel.
