全包的大西洋藍酒店(Atlantica Aegean Blue - All Inclusive)

We came to the Aegean last April for our wedding - 43 of us in total. And everything was impeccable. From the comms before flying out, to setting up, the meal and everything in between. It was perfect. We decided to come back for our year anniversary - wedded couple with their 4 year old. And everyone we met last year have all remembered us! And all are all over our little boy Wyatt. From Dionisia (wedding planner), to Seva (the slushy lady) to the chef we met tonight in the Asian who was actually our chef at the wedding a year ago! All the restaurant and bar staff, the cleaners, the front of house, the porters and all the staff - I'm going to look so ignorant not knowing names .. It's a small community within Atlantica Aegean Blue - of some truly lovely people who do everything they can to make your stay(s) magical. We're already looking at coming back next year. Food - the Italian last night was remarkable BUT the Asian tonight really knocked our socks off. Some of the best food we've eaten has been in the last couple of days. TUI kids - Wyatt our little lad has loved it, although has been very quiet this week - at times being the only kid in there - but he loved it all the same. He's back in tomorrow before we set off home. He'll no doubt have a cry saying goodbye .. "DING DONG!" We stayed in a premium swim up - if anyone reading this is questioning if to do it or not, jump and do it. Having your own little pool in constant sun - especially with a kid - is bliss. We can decide if to go to the shared pools or stay in our own which is a blessing, letting littlun have a nap Anyways. Atlantica Aegean Blue. Yet again, remarkable. Yet again, memories made and yet again will be a tear in our eyes when we leave to go home. I bloody love it here!

I stayed at this beautiful hotel with my husband. We were treated so well from the minute we arrived. The room was amazing, we had a great view of the pools and the sea and it was kept very clean by Nikol & Julie. We arranged our transfer back to the airport with Tuva & Sarah who were very helpful. We booked the Italian restaurant one evening which was lovely. Angelica was very welcoming. Marilena served us lovely ice-creams, whilst Mike in the lobby bar made really good Pina Colada's. Alda & Konstantinos were always welcoming at the buffet restaurant. Faidra & Maria on Reception were always very helpful. The kids club staff are amazing with the children we met Beth, Hannah, Nathan, Mel, Cerys & Lily. The hotel is in a lovely setting with amazing views of the sea. It has lovely pools and has a very friendly a**osphere.

Once again with my family at the Atlantica Aegean Blue hotel. Once again a perfect stay :) I repeat many times that there are plenty of nice hotels, but it is the people who work there create this unique a**osphere that makes guests feel special. From the entrance, the front desk always meets the guest with a smile. Thanks to the manager. Two amazing women take care of the wonderful a**osphere, smiles, jokes and, above all, professional service at the pool bar, especially for them, a big thanks.:), for who they are and the way they approach guests!! Thank you. The lobby bar also offers professional service. Thanks. We will remember this stay with pure pleasure and are already planning the next one. Thank you again;))))

I was thoroughly impressed with this hotel from start to finish. Every aspect of my stay was exceptional, from the moment I arrived until the moment I left. The level of service provided was exceptional. The staff members are extremely accommodating, and friendly. This team is absolutely delightful. Great job, everyone! The Greek restaurant we visited was truly outstanding, better for my taste than Italian. Giannos and Fromo at the Greek are absolutely outstanding. The hotel was spotless, with every corner well maintained. We had two rooms, as my daughter and grandchild joined us, and both were kept in excellent condition. The common areas and pools were also perfectly clean. We experienced a delay with the flight on our last day, causing us to request a late check out. Fortunately, the hotel offered us a courtesy room to freshen up in. We were able to completely unwind and enjoy every moment until our transfer arrived.

We booked this based on the reviews on allergies The all inclusive buffet was very good although there were limits to what food was milk and egg free saying that there was always something to eat. If any improvement possible a vegan option in the dessert or gelato would have been good They do say you can ask for allergy free dishes to be made but we didn’t feel the need. We never tried the a la carte so can’t comment The only other issue is the pools are freezing, I know it’s out of season would have been nice to have a swim The staff are excellent, nothing is too much trouble, the rooms were lovely and cleaned daily. Definitely recommend it and we will definitely be going back maybe towards the end of the season when the pools have warmed up a bit

We have just returned from a 7-night stay at this brilliant resort. Our daughter has a cow's milk allergy which we have had to be extremely cautious of in general since she was a few months old, especially so when travelling abroad. Before travelling, we contacted the food and beverages manager, Rafael, who completely put us at ease with any concerns we had with allergens and cross-contamination risks. He informed us that there was also a dedicated allergies manager at the resort, Jessie, who we could also liaise with for any special requests or concerns. During our stay, Rafael, Jessie and the entire staff went out of their way to prepare a variety of dairy-free meals that our daughter thoroughly enjoyed which was a huge relief for us and meant that we could relax and enjoy our stay to the fullest. This is before even mentioning how stunning the hotel itself is, with the beautiful reception area, variety of pools (including kids pools), bars, restaurants, gym and the variety of delicious food options at the buffet. There is also access to a small stretch of sandy beach via steps and a path. The only downside of our stay was our dinner at the Asian restaurant which was a bit disappointing. The starters i.e. dim sum/sushi were decent but the mains we ordered (duck and chicken katsu) were dry and not pleasurable to consume. We were also expecting a chicken katsu curry but were presented with a katsu sandwich which was surprising, to say the least. If the restaurant added traditional Asian dishes to the menu and specified what was being served with more clarity, it could definitely improve as the restaurant's beautiful setting and ambience deserve better. Despite that annoyance, this resort is certainly 5-star in all other aspects and we can't recommend it highly enough.

We came from finland to greece to a holiday. It was a great service, clean hotel and great food. We stayed one week and enjoy our holiday very much. Staff was helpfull and kind. Little bit too cold water in the pool, but kids didint mind at all. We recommend this hotel.

I'm currently staying in the Atlantica Aegean Blue and I have to say how outstanding the staff have been. Myself and my one year old baby have multiple food allergies. I almost didn't book a holiday as I was so worried about finding safe food for us both to eat, but after reading previous reviews about how the hotel handles allergies I decided to book. I have been completely blown away by the level of service we have received. On our first day arriving, we informed the front desk we had some allergies and they arranged for one of the managers, Raphael, to come meet with us and discuss our needs. Raphael went through everything with us, explaining how we could order food each morning from a separate menu that would be cooked safely for us for lunch and dinner and how they could make us safe pancakes each morning (side note, all of the buffet displays the major allergens in each dish). We also met Jessie, who has greeted us at each meal, always making sure we have our food and bringing over our food forms for each day. Both Raphael and Jessie have gone above and beyond for us every single day and made our holiday stress free and so enjoyable. Yesterday was my daughters birthday and Jessie arranged for the staff to all come and sing happy birthday to her with a little donut to celebrate! They both really are a credit to the hotel. If you suffer from any food allergies, I really would recommend this hotel, they really couldn't be doing more for us and I am so thankful for the service we have received so far. My niece has also asked me to add how wonderful the lady who works at the icecream counter is, who is also very friendly!
