Suites mit Pool Terrasse dazu zu klein. Kann vom großen Pool sehr nah eingesehen werden. Dadurch entsteht wenig Eindruck eines privat Pools. Auswahl im Restaurant bescheiden. Fitness Studio sehr klein. Kein Komfort wie wasser oder Handtücher. Pool wir überall überfüllt. Keine liegen erhältlich ohne frühzeitige Belegung durch Handtuch. Sehr gut war die kleine Terrasse wo Crêpes Kaffee und Getränke ausgegeben wurden. 5* fraglich.

Resort meraviglioso! Siamo stati benissimo e ci ritorneremo sicurante! La struttura è situata a pochi passi da una splendida spiaggia di sabbia che vanta un mare cristallino. Si nota che il complesso è stato completamente rinnovato di recente, decorato in stile moderno, sobrio ed elegante. Spazi comuni ben curati. La camera familiare molto spaziosa e luminosa, ben arredata, letti comodissimi e un bel bagno ampio. Pulizia impeccabile. Personale molto gentile e disponibile, ci hanno accolto in maniera calorosa e hanno soddisfatto appieno ogni nostra esigenza. Ristorazione eccellente, sia il ristorante a buffet che le opzioni à la carte. Kiotari è una località davvero molto interessante e l’isola di Rodi è stupenda. Consigliatissimo!!!!

Struttura rinnovata, ubicata in posizione molto vicina alla spiaggia, basta fare due passi. Ambiente curato e moderno. Camera ampia e spaziosa, con una bella vista mare. Massima pulizia. La ristorazione a buffet è davvero eccellente. Personale gentile e disponibile. Torneremo senz’altro! Consigliatissimo!

Les chambres de l’hôtel sont spacieuses propre et la literie est de bonne qualité. Le personnel de nettoyage est absolument adorable et très gentil

Nicht mal mit viel Goodwill hat dieses Hotel 5 Sterne verdient. Beginnen wir mit den guten Punkten: - Marianthi und ihr Team vom Asiatischen Restaurant haben einen Top Job gemacht - Die Putzfrau hat das Zimmer jeden Tag sehr sauber geputzt und geschaut, dass wir jeden Tag frische Strandtücher hatten - Das Wetter war top - Das Essen bewerten wir mit einer soliden 7 von 10 Punkten Nun zu den schlechten Punkten: - Die Qualität der Getränke ist katastrophal (Wasser schmeckt nach Chlor, billiger Fusel, etc.) - Das Personal ist überhaupt nicht lösungsorientiert und eher unfreundlich - Frische Wasserflaschen gibt es nur alle 2 Tage. Wenn man nach einer extra Flasche fragt, verweist einem das Personal an den Supermarkt (in einem All Inclusive Hotel soll man selber Wasser kaufen?!) - Die Tür vom Zimmer ist so undicht, dass sie eher als Vorhang dient. Man hört somit alles was vor der Tür abgeht (siehe Bild) - Viele Liegestühle am Meer sind kaputt und der Standard dieses Liegestuhls passt vielleicht für ein 3 Sterne Hotel - Das Hotel verfügt über 4 à la carte restaurants. Als wir ankamen gab es erst am letzten Ferienabend (7. Abend) einen Platz in einem Restaurant. Die Reservation muss online getätigt werden, das Personal an der Reception hilft hier nicht. Long story short: Wir werden hier auf keine Fall zurückkehren und können dieses Hotel niemandem empfehlen. Echt enttäuschend was die geliefert haben für ein 5 Sterne Hotel.

Hotel was super amazing, food, staff, room BUT one thing that really affected a little bit our experience was the people reserving the seats by the pool at 7am with their towels and then showing up around 11-12 and complaining and/or being rude if someone took their spot. Hotel should be more pro-active with this situation. But all the rest was absolutely amazing.

loved the sea view bungalow we stayed in! it was modern and close to a pool as well as dinning and the beach!!! however, i didn't think the other rooms looked as up to date. I didn't see the inside but the outside looked a little ran down

Its my worst trip so far. The room allocated to me was fly infested and a bird nest right in front of our door with bird poop all over the front of our room and the birds flying over our heads as we entered and left the room which made me very uncomfortable. I also had over 20 flies on the ceiling of the room. I requested for a room swap but was told it was impossible. This i did at about 3pm on friday and then 11pm. The first time i was told there wasnt any availability until the next day. Whan we got to the room later in the evening, i was accused of coming to later to complain so my room will have to be sprayed at past midnight after waiting for over an hour. Ibwas also offered a sister hotel at past midnight. Nothing was done until i brought out my phone to record. I didn't get any audience until about 2am and didn't do to bed until about 4am when they offered me a room. Porter even mentioned that i will be moved again after 2 nights and i said no. This is unacceptable and made my experience really unpleasant and was unsettled for the first 2 days.
