迪米特拉太陽酒店(Hotel Dimitra Sun)

J’ai eu peur en arrivant… la pièce d’accueil est un hymne à la mort … que des photos de personnes mortes de la famille… l’hôtel est vieillissant, sale,ensuite surbooking oblige , plus de place dans l’hôtel… on me trouve une chambre dans un hôtel voisin … les patron s pas sympathique… radins …. Même pas offert une boisson pour s’excuser.Finalement je suis mieux dans cette annexe , patron super cool , ok pas les mêmes prestations.. tant pis

Good family-run hotel within walking distance of public transport and several local tavernas and supermarket. Pool with children's pool and sun-beds. Nice breakfast is worth the extra charge. Clean rooms with balcony. AC available at extra charge. Clean beds, sheets and towels. Airport pickup available at extra charge. All in all, a pleasant family vacation at a good price!

Hôtel bien situé géographiquement pour visiter l’île.

Kleine, aber frisch renovierte Zimmer mit schönem Balkon. Das kleine Hotel ist umgeben mit einem wunderschönen Garten. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und wir wurden von Maria wirklich verwöhnt! Jeder Wunsch wurde erfüllt und wir wurden mit frischen Granatäpfel, Orangen und Kuchen verpflegt. Auch als ich etwas krank war, gab es frischen Kräutertee aus dem eigenen Garten. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

We got there at 2 pm and no one was there to receive us. Knocked on doors for a while, gave up called twice and the someone answered. We could barely communicate with her due to language difficulties. The gsrden and pool looked great but when we got inside, we were shown to a room which looked nothing like the pictures. After a huge back and forth, it emerged that they gave our room to long standing customers. To add insult to injury, we were connected via phone to the daughter who was simply combative and defensive. We walked out of there with no plans in place because it was that bad. We had booked 4 months ahead, received no communication from them, and upon arrival were just given substitute rooms which is not what we booked. Simply unacceptable. Rooms are dated. This is a hotel with individual rooms down a long corridor no matter how they advertise it. Air conditioning costs €5 per day. The terrace we were given had standing room for 2 . If things go well,perhaps these positive reviews are warranted. Or if you are a guest who is known to them. But woe betide if anything goes wrong, you will be facing a very different scanario. No thanks.

Another wonderful stay at this charming hotel with Elena and Maria. Lovely family run hotel.

Cosy little property with a beautiful pool area, run by a lovely Rhodian family. The staff were incredibly hospitable and accommodating. Excellent restaurants just a 5-10 minute walk away, very authentic Greek and not overly touristy. 10/10 from this Australian a long way from home!

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Dimitra Sun. The owners were very nice and friendly, made us feel like home. The pool area was nice and not crowded. For us the location was perfect too. We rented a car for five days (which was organised by the hotel) so it was easy to do visits to sights around the island. This small family hotel was just what we were looking for.

We stayed overnight at Dimitra Sun, finding the place was confusing. On ******* is states Hotel Dimitra Sun, in person it’s called Hotel Dimitra. When arrived the owner didn’t speak the slightest English. When we got to the room air conditioning was an extra charge despite it saying it’s included on *******. Getting a taxi is nearly impossible due to the location, instead they have the owners daughter driving you for a price. The outback yard was nice, they had fresh fruit in the courtyard that they used in the mornings, it was a clean hotel overall.
