I checked into This hotel expecting a full kitchen stocked with everything that they offer but instead when I checked in the agent at the front desk Anna was not only extremely rude but was crying when I arrived not sure why but she was rude to me, started screaming at me because I asked for dishes, pots, utensils etc., as they advertise as a fully stocked kitchen, she said if someone brings theirs back, I'll let you know. She finally gave me a room key and when I got to the room, someone was already inside. She was still crying when I returned, she was on the phone with her manager who refused to talk to me saying I was screaming at her and yes I did scream back! I finally get a room that was empty only to be greater by a very large bug that looks like a cockroach. The next morning I went to speak to the manager, who's name I can't recall right now Andrew or Andy, it started with A, only to be asked to leave because he said it wasn't a good fit and I screamed at his employee. I asked him if he even knew or cared why she was crying in the first place he just looked at me very confused, I told him gladly but not without a full refund‼️I dialed there corporate office who is Blackstone by the way, they own this hotel chain, I left several messages and not one person has called me back but I did receive a full refund but WILL NEVER UNDER ANY Circumstances stay at an Extended stay hotel EVER
