達拉斯理查森源宿酒店(Element Dallas Richardson)

Wir waren dort nur eine Nacht vor Abreise, aber das hotel ist brandneu und liegt sehr ruhig aber zentral zu allen Zielen in und um Dallas. Beim nächsten Mal in Dallas werden wir dort länger verweilen.

I missed all breakfast in the mornings during my entire stay as it was never served on time. Guests were waiting around in the lobby when it was well past 6:30am each day. Front desk wasn’t flexible upon checking in. They forced me to accept a room on the first floor, even when I rejected citing privacy & safety concerns. They said the room I was given was the last one available when I checked in at 6:00pm. However I have seen other guests walk in after me & were given rooms above 1st. I have travelled all over the world & was never given a room on the first floor (street level). Front desk’s lack of empathy & flexibility is concerning. I would never stay at this property again.

Lovely Mid Modern Hotel! Unique touches include the infused water, fresh espresso in the mornings and actually prepared breakfast rather than the typical microwaved and re-plated ones. The room was comfortable and included a refrigerator, microwave, and sink for dishes. 10/10 recommend and would stay here again

Very clean, attractive, and comfortable place! Bed and pillows were very nice, good breakfast options, and an easy check-in and check-out. Would highly recommend staying here!

Wonderful experience! Highly recommend. Especially appreciated the chef, Anna, who personalized our breakfast. Beds were comfortable. Fitness center was clean and had newer exercise equipment. Staff was friendly. Centrally located. The staff and management really takes pride and it shows! Thank you!
