Location is a little far from gas station and not safe to walk around due to no sidewalks

I felt played and bamboozled. You get what u pay for. Online it showed breakfast, indoor pool. Both where part of the package. Evan called to confirm if they were available. Guess what they weren't. It was late so just agreed then we were given the wrong key cards. Fixed that then shortly after winding down. The roof kn the bottom floor started gushing water. We were accommodated to another room with two beds and one was held up by books and had to hook up our own Roku to the TV and the Wi-Fi wasn't working.

Front desk receptionist was rude, room was DISGUSTING

When we arrived, there was no power for the hotel. Not their fault -- someone hit a pole. The problem is, that means there was no light, no heat, no room keys, nothing that worked. When I arrived it was just before dark. My husband and I decided we were not staying. Then I had to stand in the lobby for an hour (they said 20 minutes) to wait for a refund. When he finally arrived, he said I could call the next morning to get a partial refund. (I was traveling for work and would be working the next morning). I still have not gotten a refund and, since I booked through *******, they were no help either. So, if you're wanting to stay here to save a few bucks, good luck. Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else.

Certainly my worst stay at a hotel. Clerk wanted to put me on the third floor and the elevator was not working. After some time he assigned me a room on the first floor. The room was old and both lights between the beds did not work nor the stopper in the sink and also in the bath tub. The room was cold - about 3pm but the window unit was running and set for 72 degrees. Off to the hospital, I returned to the room about 10:30 and room was still cold so I moved the temp. setting to 77 and went to bed. Up at 5am - room still cold. In the lobby at 6am, there was nothing for the continental breakfast, off to the hospital. Returned about 10pm and nothing had been done to my room which was still cold....off to bed. Up at 6am and checked out at 7am. No continental breakfast was to be seen. Indoor pool was storage area for all kinds of junk. Ice machine did not work.....sign to see Housekeeping. This was a terrible experience.

This hotel is under renovation. Its not actual fit to be used yet for guests. The hallways and sleeping room have dirty carpets with stains and paint. The comforter covers and towels are worn and stained. It was very disappointing.

The property is sketchy and in complete disrepair, door locks don’t work and when I told they front desk they told me not to worry about it.

Door key cards would not work until you did it like 7 or 8 swipes. TV did not work. Ac/heat was set on 80 and it was no where near that temp. Bed was broken, sat down on one side and the other side went up in the air. Went and talked to front desk for them to tell me there were no more rooms and that they didn't have extra TV's. He did come fix the bed. Ice machine was also out of order.
