哥倫比亞哈比森希爾頓Tru酒店(Tru by Hilton Harbison Columbia)

First thing we noticed was a group of men smoking **** in the parking lot. There were stains on our bedsheets and the rooms and hallway smelt a little wet and a lingering ********* smell. Staff was great and friendly though.

In town for soccer games so picked this hotel due to it being close to the fields we were playing on. We like staying at Hilton and the Tru brand but this was not up to the normal standard. Check-in service was great but the guy working the desk in the morning was not friendly at all - hotel seemed dated but the rooms were fine and typical Tru style. If in town again would pick another hotel - maybe the Home2 Suites down the street. Not terrible but just not great considering all the other options around.

I loved my stay here everything was good I loved the amenities that they had, even though I didn’t get into the pool I loved that they had one. And I didn’t have any soap in my bathroom.

Checking in was great. Checking out was a CF. They said the card was declined. My credit card shows a pending charge to **********. It now shows a pending charge to the hotel itself too. Plus i am paying a destination charge of $2.42. Columbia is not a destination., Hilton Head I could see.

Hotel Staff was courteous, friendly, and responsive to our needs. The Grandkids were happy with the breakfast served - My only concern was that there was only one microwave available for use by guests in the Main Lobby, and none in the Guest Rooms.

I had issues booking with this site and ended up just paying for the room out of my pocket when we got to the hotel. The staff was great, room was ok. The shower door didn't close all the way, cracks in the walls like the building was settling bad, walls were beat up from the furniture but the bed was comfy as all get out.

Had a rough start to the stay, but the property is maintained well, and people are mostly very nice and helpful. The problem was we called and asked before we stayed at the hotel for our 2 rooms to be adjoined because we were traveling with our 4 boys, which would have made our trip easier and more relaxing. We were told that would not be a problem, and it was set up that way. When we arrived to check in on Friday night, we did not have adjoining rooms and, in fact, were not even put on the same floor. And I was also told by the person behind the desk they do not even have adjoining rooms. But you and I know both know that they do have adjoining rooms and when we got to our room that was confirmed by the other door in our room that went to the room adjoining ours. Also, they charged my credit card 3 times which caused more problems. We got that worked out and it was fine. It just started our trip with a bad taste in our mouth for the property. The rest of the stay was fine and had no other problems.

Horrible experience. Walls are paper thin and you hear everything from everyones door slamming all night to foot steps above. Would not recommend to anyone.
