休斯頓卡蒂米爾斯Residence Inn 酒店(Residence Inn Houston Katy Mills)

The location of this property can’t be beat. Overall it was clean and modern. Our only issue was an odd and strong odor in our 2 bedroom unit. I really don’t know what it was but possibly related to vaping? It was so bad I went to Walmart to buy air fresheners.

The decor is dated but our room was clean. The bed was clean and comfortable. The shower was clean and easy to use. The staff we encountered were helpful and nice. Perfect stay for an overnight! Property seems perfect for extended stays as it’s an all suite property including kitchen and full size fridge in each suite. Appreciate the free parking. Convenient location to dining options and shopping. Very happy we chose to stay here when we were in town for Beyoncé’s Renaissance Tour.

I would rate this a 4 out 5 because we saw some touches in our rooms after the first we were grossed out but after the 2nd one we were disgusted. The overall appearance of building was good and clean but only had that issue. Staff was friendly

Es fantastico si quieres ir de compras a la plaza, puedes llegar caminando y si te cansas regresar al hotel cuantas veces quieras, pero el centro queda muy lejos, recomiendo rentar un carro desde el aeropuerto porque aunque Katty Mills esta muy cerca, todas las atraccciones estan cerca del centro y eso esta muy lejos. Muy lindo el hotel, el desayuno es variado entre los dias y el personal es muy amable, lo recomiendo mucho

Everything was better than I expected. Room was very spacious for our family of 5. Kitchen was a plus and very clean. Pool was clean and not too cold. The hot tub was out of service but that was okay cause the heat outside was enough. Staff was friendly. I really hate I didn’t book 2 nights by the time I decided to do so they were completely booked and we had to go to a different hotel.
