諾斯菲爾德伊靈貝斯特韋斯特酒店(Best Western Northfields Ealing Hotel)

The staff were great, but the hotel itself is a bit ran down, and my room was missing a tea kettle. I also got put in an accessible room despite booking one that is specifically not. The room was a bit odd as result—particularly the bathroom and I had a negative experience with it. I also found that the blowdryer which was hidden in a drawer in the desk didn't have anyone to plug that's by a mirror, so that made things extra difficult. The bed itself was ok but a bit firm and the sheets had an odd feel, but were clean. The room was larger than expected. However, there was a lot of noise. Lots of banging, drilling, and sound from the train track. Fire alarm went off one night at 5am. If it weren't for the helpful staff, I'd completely hate it, but they were friendly and professional. The hotel is quite far out, but at least is right by a tube station.

It’s a very nice and quiet area away from the bustle of the city center but it’s great how close it is to public transportation to get anywhere very quick and easy. It’s great having shops, cafes and even grocery shops very accessible, and it was another bonus to have so many parks around. You get the best of both worlds

This hotel is the perfect location if you want easy access to Heathrow (20 minutes) as well as access to downtown (30-40 minutes). It is right across the street from the train station/underground Picadilly line which is ultra convenient. The neighborhood is lovely and has plenty of cafe, coffee and restaurant options that are all great. The area feels quaint, safe, and clean. The hotel is clean and is perfect for an overnight stay or two.

Perfectly suitable and comfortable for a 2 night trip to London meeting up with a friend. Aim was to explore London and catch up with friend so hotel was simply for convenience. Perfectly located for buses and Piccadilly line. Cool room with A/C very much needed at the time of staying. Front desk always attentive and friendly. Only thing I experienced which needs to be looked at is check out time when quite a few people were waiting to check out including me and there was no way of contacting anyone. Another guest went to breakfast room to find someone. I would suggest an express check out box to drop cards. If i was relying on transport I would have left the card on the desk and just walked out. This was a let down but first time experiencing it in all my stays this past year.

The hotel is a mixed bag, but overall very good! First the bad(?) news. It’s an older building that’s been refurbished, but the third floor is not yet completed. Stayed on the third floor, with uneven floor and carpet. Bedsheets were stained but appeared to be laundered and clean. Sink drained much more slowly towards the end of our stay. The trains running from the station next door contributed to the noise factor in an otherwise quiet neighbourhood. We didn’t mind all this, but I understand these are factors other guests would consider. The good news is that the staff are very friendly and accommodating - they were able to resolve any issues we brought up (new towels and bed sheets, the drain, etc.). The train noise was the only thing they couldn’t control, so I recommend sleeping with headphones or earplugs. If you only require a hotel to lay your head and freshen up between outings to London, then I would highly recommend this place! The easy access to the Tube station (on the Piccadilly line) was a huge factor in choosing this place. The hotel is far enough from London to bring down the price, if you don’t mind a 45 minute commute into the city. Neighbourhood is great, quiet with little cafes around and a Sainsbury to pack up on sandwiches and snacks for the day. There’s a laundromat the next train stop over. Overall, a good pick for the budget traveller that enjoys comfort, but isn’t too fussed by minor inconveniences.
