On 7-13-23 we stayed one night and my granddaughter woke up with 15 bites all over her legs. We went to the front desk in the morning to notify them of this situation. The lady said that they’ve recently sprayed and assured me that she would notify management. I was contacted a few hours later by management. They said they would address it immediately. I truly appreciate their effort and attention to this situation, but not happy at all about all the bug bites. Not acceptable. Edward Madruga

Stayed here after having an emergency with our car. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, even offering late checkout so we could tend to the mechanic and car situation the next day. The free breakfast in the morning was delicious and the staff member working that went out of her way to make sure everyone felt welcome and had everything they needed. The room was clean and comfortable. It was a very good experience and made the stress of the car trouble less stressful. Thank you!

I didn't like the suggested $35 early registration fee after 2pm when check is at 3pm. I was advised the fee could be waived by signing up to ? but I elected to go eat lunch and come back at 3pm. I didnt like the sink, mirror and hair dryer being outside the bathroom. I did like the mini fridge, freezer, microwave, furniture, beds, AC and decor.

This property seems to have been renovated not long ago. No filthy carpet in the room, just blank Wood-Style floor. Nice. Bath tub was new as well and they have soap, shampoo, ... dispensers and no longer these small bottles which cause a lot of trash. Breakfast had fresh Waffles as well as pancakes. They even provided earplugs against the loud air conditioning unit.

The rooms are nice, big enough for four people and are clean. However they are quiet noisy, you can hear the footsteps from the neighbour above. The pool is small but OK. The breakfast was really good. It's a good place to stay before going to Death Valley

The check in service was really good. They were very friendly. Our room was big and clean. Breakfast was good and different hot and cold options. The swimming pool was very cold but the hot tub was good so my daughter could stil play in the water.

Women at the front desk was very nice polite and professional. Our room was very clean. Could have used a few more towels. The bed was very comfortable and the sheets were very nice. Having an extra blanket available in the room is the only thing i wished we had. The price was good.

Very good service and the clean atmosphere I’m very satisfied , thanks for everything and for sure I use this hotel in the future when I go to visit my daughter
