位置方便，到地鐵站和商場都很近

Mooie kamer maar ruikt erf naar riolering.Ook nier fijn dat het geen leuke locatie is.Best prijzig en heel veel asielzoekers. We zijn na een uur daar te zijn geweest toch naar een ander hotel geweest.

Service was top geweldig geholpen alleen jammer dat ze waren volgeboekt ivm verlengen

Helaas zat het hotel vol asielzoekers die door het hotel hangen.Bij aankomst meteen volk om de auto.Wat ons een erg naar gevoel gaf.Wij zijn kort daarna weer vertrokken omdat het ons geen veilig gevoel gaf.Dit staat ook nergens aangeven.Verder geen reactie van het hotel gehad.

Top hotel! Medewerkers waren stuk voor stuk ontzettend behulpzaam en klantvriendelijk. Het ontbijt was heerlijk! Heel klein minpuntje, ik vond de kamer nogal warm. Maar dat zal voor iedereen verschillend zijn. Zeer aan te raden!

Horrendously difficult to find by car. The signage is inadequate (they need a much more prominent sign but maybe they are not allowed to have one) but what is unforgivable is that the address given is inacceasible by car. To get to reception, you need to turn into a cycle.path and drive along it (probably illegally) to get to the front of the hotel when you will then be given a map which shows how to find the parking facilities at the rear. When you eventually find the car park, you need to press a button and hope that someone in reception hears the buzzer and raises the barrier. Don't they realise that people often arrive tired after a long drive and the very last thing they need is a stressful extra drive around an unfamiliar area? No, I am not making this up. I attach a photo of the map I was given which I hope will help others. Second really odd thing is the ensuite bathroom, which is a glass box with no roof. I have never seen anything like this in any other hotel (again, see photographic evidence). Little privacy and no sound-proofing. I was a solo traveller, so it didn't matter to me, but I wouldn't wish to hear roommates on the loo. Having said all that, I really enjoyed.my stay! The train station is but a 2 minute walk away with easy access to the major cities. Also, I was here during an August heatwave and so was grateful for the air-conditioning. Staff were friendly. Dinner in the restaurant was good (delicious sea bass) and attentive service. Breakfast was overpriced.

This hotel is conveniently located 5 minutes walk from the train station. Rooms are pretty large. The restaurant serves good food. Neverthless the breakfast is disappointing with cheap food (long life yogurt....) and small choices.

Das Hotel hat allen meinen Anforderungen entsprochen. Komme gern wieder. Parken muss man auf öffentlichen Parkplätzen wenn man nicht für ein Parkplatz am Hotel bezahlen will. Frühstück konnte man sich in der Tüte abholen, Corona bedingt.

Heerlijk hotel. Nabij station. Personeel is uiterst vriendelijk. Er is een verbouwing gaande, maar hebben geen (over-)last van. Met één persoon met coeliaki gaf geen problemen. Het ontbijt en de lunch is super geregeld. In de keuken staat een top chef die overheerlijke gerechten maakt. En bereid om glutenvrij te maken zonder voorbereidingen. Echt top! Smaakt naar meer.

Doorgezakte slaapbank, van zeer slechte kwaliteit. Dit vorig jaar al gemeld, hadden toen zelfde kamer. Had zelfs van tevoren gevraagd of er een andere slaapbank zou zijn, ze zouden een andere neerzetten vertelden zij. Niet dus. Veel kalkaanslag, vlekken op kussensloop. Haar tussen hoeslaken. Medewerker kon eerst niets betekenen, want was ‘volgeboekt’. Hotel is nodig toe aan een update.

The rooms were clean & comfortable with plenty of towels & tea/coffee etc Easy access to safe parking Staff very accommodating ,helpful & friendly Food was good at reasonable prices Situated very close to station for easy travel into Amsterdam etc At least 2 restaurants extremely close & plenty more within easy walking distance We would happily recommend this hotel & hopefully return at some point

The hotel used to be called "Grand Winston" many years ago but it downgraded a lot since that time. The hotel nowadays seems occupied by long-term rentals and the breakfast has been transferred to the bar area. We stayed a week there and it became very cold in our room, I mean really cold, as there was no heating. After we complained twice, they sent us to another room where it was only a bit better. Cleaning ladies and other personnel are ukrainiens so they speak neither Dutch nor English. As there was not much on offer for dinner at the hotel, we always went out. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

We’ve stayed here before so knew what to expect. Returned for a 4 night stay in September during the heat wave and had a brilliant time. Hotel is super clean and the room amenities are fantastic. Everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Air con is brilliant as are the showers! The front desk staff were really helpful letting us check in some 3 hours early as we’d travelled through the night. 5* what’s not to love!
