設施：不錯。 衞生：不錯。 環境：不錯。 服務：蠻好的。很客氣。就是新員工什麼都不行 房間大小也合適。還有送 welcome aperitivo。

住了兩晚。第一晚房間比較大，床0.9標準寬度。兩個露台，大露台一個靠馬路。馬路遍佈餐館商店酒吧，車來車往，是主幹道。可以想象非常吵，而且即使下半夜也是一樣吵鬧。第二天要求換房，前天美眉很nice，給了一間隔壁的房間，房間小，單人床歐洲少見的1.2米，但是仍舊距離馬路比較近，敏感的還是會覺得房間聲音大。要求再換，告知衹有大床，換到最裡麪一間，加了一張沙發床。服務不錯，可能因為冬天是淡季。

房間超乾淨、大陽台上能看大海、特別超大的雙床很舒服！服務也是超一流的好。早餐特別豐盛！

Personnel très efficace et super compétent endroit exceptionnel petit déjeuner exceptionnel bravo à toute l’équipe le directeur toujours présent et super accueillant et super professionnel on y reviendra sans hésiter bravo à toute l’équipe merci pour toutes ces attention parking au top un peu cher mais bref vu le personnel aux petit soin c’est un détail. Merci à toute l’équipe des femmes du ménage jusqu’au directeur continuez comme ça . Bravo bravo bravo

The environment is pretty good, it is near the sea and is very beautiful.

Hotel meraviglioso, receptionist molto gentili ed educati, super disponibili. Dotato di ogni confort e servizio. Una piscina meravigliosa aperta 24h e riscaldata. Ottima colazione, tutto pulito e ordinato. Vi ringraziamo davvero, ho pianto per andarmene sicuramente ci tornerò.

Siamo a Rimini Marina centro zona di grandi alberghi,siamo da una parte in viale Vespucci con i suoi bei negozi e dall’altra sulla passeggiata in riva al mare.Siamo al Mercure Artis albergo moderno situato in viale Vespucci.Abbiamo usufruito di una camera vista mare molto spaziosa,pulita con una connessione internet molto veloce.L’hotel offre il soggiorno e la prima colazione ricca e abbondante con molte scelte.Un garage a pagamento ma si sa la difficoltà di parcheggiare la auto in quella zona.Il personale sempre presente e gentile.

Insgesamt war ich etwas erstaunt über die insgesamt sehr gute Bewertung dieses Hotels. Positiv war das große Zimmer mit bequemem Bett, Kühlschrank und Tee- und Kaffeezubereitung. Es gab ein sehr gutes und ausgiebiges Frühstücksbuffet. Strand und viele Restaurants/ Geschäfte sind in direkter Nachbarschaft. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Weiterhin war der Fitnessraum voll funktionsfähiger aber nur mager ausgestattet. Uns hat nicht gefallen, dass es sehr laut war, da die Lage des Zimmers an der Hauptstrasse war (auch wenn das Hotel - wie die meisten in Rimini - an der Strandpromenade liegt) und das sound proofing des Zimmers insgesamt schlecht (Nebengeräusche vom Gang und anderen Zimmern sind sehr ausgeprägt zu vernehmen). Das Hotel ist auch deutlich in die Jahre gekommen, es waren klare Spuren der Abnutzung (dreckige Wände, sich auflösende Versiegelungen, defekte Böden im Bad, etc.) zu sehen. Kurios: Der (kleine) Pool war nach vorne zu Straße gebaut. Tip: Man kann südlich der Viale Tripoli kostenlos sein Auto auf der Strasse parken.

Just spent 4 days in the Mercure Artis hotel in Rimini. This is my third hotel in Italy in the past this month and it was the best by a mile. All the staff were absolutely great..very helpful and friendly. The views of the Adriatic were gorgeous...see the pictures.. The room was large and modern. The hotel is surrounded by dozens of restaurants and an enormous beach. This hotel provides really great value, compared to the so called 5 Star hotel I have seen and stayed at. Recommend this to anyone who wants a great vacation on the beach. Make sure you book a balcony room that overlooks the Adriatic. Thank you to the entire Artis team for making it such a great stay.

Hôtel perfetto , personale qualificato , gentile , discreto disponibile ,e buoni consiglieri, camere con balcone spaziose pulite parcheggio ,piscina, grande terrazza perfetta per l’estate, l’hotel è predisposto per tutti i confort per una bella vacanza sia in famiglia che in coppia , La colazione ! Ummmmmm che buona ! Non manca niente ,prodotti freschi di qualità e abbondante sorpresa di benvenuto (magnifico!!!!), ci hanno coccolato fino ai saluti finali. Consigliabile al 100%. Well I would find this hard to fault. The staff are so friendly and go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Breakfast buffet excellent all facilities are clean and accessible pool was lovely for a quick splash. Good location easy to get most place without any hassle. Thanks hopefully see you again soon.

Hotel molto bene posizionato sul lungomare di Rimini. Accoglienza top, struttura molto bella. Camere spaziose bagno spettacolare e letti molto comodi. Ottima colazione e per finire c'è parcheggio, libero a Febbraio, molto vicino. Veramente meritato il giudizio positivo.
