En el baño la tasa se puedes ver líneas de suciedad la tina es muy vieja tuvimos que poner una toalla para pararse el grifo del lavamanos se le cayó el agarradero para abrir el agua en la recepción la carpeta está sucia y rota no es un buen aspecto

El problema fue que no pudimos dormir agusto se encendió la alarma contra incendios por qué se estaban quemando unas cobijas en el cuarto de lavandería pero los empleado no daban explicaciones y el hotel quedó oliendo muy feo

Cuartos espaciosos y bonitos, con buena limpieza y clima fácil de manejar.

The computer system was having problems so it took almost 30 minutes to get checked in. I know you can't control that. The room reaked. The smell just hit you when you walked in. Can't tell you what it was but we immediately went to Walmart for air freshener and opened windows and continued to spray the room several times all night. The walls are very thin we could hear the conversation of the people in the hallways but they were being a little loud. I could hear the cell phone ring in the room nextdoor. The traffic noise was also loud it was as of the window was open. The pool was nice,a little chilly, the hot tub was perfect temp, but the bubbles didn't with. The guy at the front desk was very nice and always helpful. Breakfast was decent pancakes made fresh, eggs, bacon and a choice of cereals and breads. They were refilling everything when we went down at 8 so I didn't have time to wait for coffee but the rest was good.

Found used tissue between mattress and headboard, window shading (both black out curtain and shading) not closing completely (they were permanently stuck and we were told that they'll be fixed the next day - is was still not working the next day) and there were police officers present, on both days of stay

Where do I begin, our check in was good but our room was located on the 3rd floor which meant we had to walk a flight of stairs because the elevator only went to the 2nd floor. They hotel said it was a smoke free room and you can smell the smoke coming from the rooms. Our first night even the fire alarm went off. Cleanliness was ok but the bathroom floor was very sticky. Finally, this was supposed to be a relaxing trip but unfortunately you can hear all the noise in the halls because of the 3 inch gap at the bottom of the door.

The shower took a very long time to warm up. The jets were not working in the hot tub. Hotel was very clean and the bed was comfortable.
