坦帕布蘭登希爾頓大使套房酒店(Embassy Suites by Hilton Tampa Brandon)

Room was excellent! Very clean, staff was extremely polite and helpful. Had to be up and out the door very early, staff was very accommodating in assisting with a few housekeeping needs we came across so we could get settled and get some much needed sleep. Bed was super comfy and everything was very clean! Very happy with our choice

Everything was absolutely perfect as always. Except……… no place at all to plug in any type of USB device at all in the room. No place for a cell phone charger at all. Come on Embassy…….get up with the modern day times.

Its good decent place

Hotel confortável, staff atencioso, instalações novas, bem cuidado. Chegamos de madrugada e fomos bem atendidos. Estacionamento gratuito e amplo. Café da manhã bem completo com opções feitas na hora. As camas de casal eram muito pequenas. Poderiam ser camas Queen size, mas não são. E a cama do sofá cama era muito ruim e barulhenta. Não são. O controle do ar condicionado poderia ser separado para a sala e o quarto.

I would not recommend this property to anyone. When I arrived they tried to charge me again even though I had paid for my stay through *******. I thought I cleared this up at that time but what did they do? Charged my credit card again !! Totally ridiculous !!

Breakfast and Bar staff were professional and pleasant even during peak periods. The breakfast was very good with a variety of options. The other staff including the front desk met standards but a couple seemed a little unsure of some procedures (i.e internetwork and connections). Additionally, the building itself needs some minor maintenance and upgrading because it is an older facility.

Une super étape dans un hôtel magnifique. Accueillis avec des bouteilles d’eau fraîche et des glaces pour les enfants. La chambrée est grande et confortable. La manager au petits soins. Le petit déjeuner correct. La piscine grande et bien entretenue. Le laverie(laundry) moins chère que dans les autres hôtels 2$. Nous reviendrons! Car le prix était très bien.

Bad experience with two seperate transactions in room 269 he paid first 2 Nights than I paid third nite and he extended it but it Wasn’t explained At all how the transactions were posting. I only should have been charged thru the third party once and you charged him 4 times. Mine was 133’a night which they all should have been since it was military. Only one nite last numbers 8450 his was suppose to be chard 133 the other notes please fix this we stay ALL the time. Cindy

The room had dog urine on the curtains the tub was dirty when I checked in they charged me for my room on my credit card taking off some of my credit limit which stayed on for days pending even though I already paid for the room before I even got there then they charged me $48 for an $18 burger and onion ring $30 still pending on my credit card along with the $200 on my credit. It's a good thing I didn't need that credit right away
