As at every Hilton Garden Inn I’ve stayed, this property was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful.
Problems we had were:
1. There was no blanket/comforter in the room for the pullout sofa. When I called to request one, I was told the hotel didn’t have any more. I told the manager that we needed a covering for the bed, so they did bring a comforter. Not sure what was happening that evening, but it’s very frustrating to have a booking where they know we will need the bed and then not have bedding for it.
2. The A/C air handler is in the bed area of the room in a corner closet that has a louvered door, which isn’t locked and doesn’t stay closed. The unit is incredibly loud, which made it difficult to sleep. I don’t know if all of the rooms have this setup, but I wouldn’t stay again based on this alone.
