布蘭登坦帕河景希爾頓花園酒店(Hilton Garden Inn Tampa/Riverview/Brandon)

As at every Hilton Garden Inn I’ve stayed, this property was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful. Problems we had were: 1. There was no blanket/comforter in the room for the pullout sofa. When I called to request one, I was told the hotel didn’t have any more. I told the manager that we needed a covering for the bed, so they did bring a comforter. Not sure what was happening that evening, but it’s very frustrating to have a booking where they know we will need the bed and then not have bedding for it. 2. The A/C air handler is in the bed area of the room in a corner closet that has a louvered door, which isn’t locked and doesn’t stay closed. The unit is incredibly loud, which made it difficult to sleep. I don’t know if all of the rooms have this setup, but I wouldn’t stay again based on this alone.

Beautiful property room was excellent and the pool was very nice. Only thing I would change would be the convenience of having cups for coffee and drinks in the area where the drinks are offered. Staff was very friendly. Seemed to bee short staffed in the evening. Visited the lobby bar and there was no bartender. Went back down later and tried to purchase drinks and snacks and there was still no one in the lobby or bar area to assist us therefore we could not get anything.

The staff welcomed us warmly on arrival. The room was clean. Breakfast was delicious and the servers in the restaurant were friendly. The lobby was very festive with all the Christmas decorations. This is our go to place when visiting family in the area.

Our stay was very nice. The bar where sat and had a cocktail and a small bite was very convenient. An actual breakfast service was a nice surprise rather than the generic free breakfast offered at most hotels. We would definitely stay again!

It was aestheically pleasing, and stagg was friendly, especially the maintenance person. I regret not finding out his name. He was aleays working hard, no matter what tome it was. And he was super nice. I regret not eating breakfast there because it looked and smelled delicious and although its not free, its only $10 which is a great deal considering eating anywhere else would be more expensive.

Cauy is fantastic at the front desk! He helped everyone with a smile on his face. Even when a guest was a bit bothered by their room he responded by resolving their issue and never broke a sweat and remained kind. You need 10 of him!!! Fantastic customer service!

Everything about the property and stay was just fine--above average, but nothing really outstanding. Location was very convenient for my purposes, but the surrounding area is not great by any means. Property does have two EV charging stations.

I think the breakfast price is ridiculous at $15. Most hotels I go to have breakfast included. So, if not willing to include, just raise nightly rate accordingly.

Staff was amazing... I spend a lot of nights in motels for work.. probably the best experience I've ever had
