This place is way over priced and not run effectively or efficiently. The buildings are still not secure. The beach service is spotty. Fitness classes are always being changed. The fountains in the main shared area at the front of the buildings don’t work. The other day the jacuzzi was drained again. The water was green. The front of the building at the entrance still looks u finished. I’ve been here for 8 months as a resident. My hallway is not painted. Oh, and they wallpapered half the hallways. To cut corners they only did one side. ….. who does that ?? Cheap artwork abounds. Don’t use the elevator , you could get caught in it, broken down. Lobby music is Indian. The developer has done everything in his power to spend as little as possible, screw the residents and make this place like a 5 star facility. This is not a 5 star place. You are better off at the Hampton inn. Or the Marriott next door. Don’t waste your money ….like I did. Nothing quality about this place.
