利雅得歐拉亞區雷迪森酒店及住宅(Radisson Hotel and Residence Riyadh Olaya)

The hotel is a brand new one and I think I'm the first to accommodate the room. The room is nice and well-equipped. However, I believe it should have a second round of cleaning after finalizing the construction. The issue I faced was that there was no hot water during my accommodation. Although the service team tried to solve the issue 3 times, still I couldn't get hot water for three days which I believe is not acceptable for such a hotel. The duty manager contacted me and apologized but he said the hotel was full and couldn't change the room for me so I ended up with no shower for three days!!! The reason why I'm providing them with 3 stars is that the staff are friendly. The area in general is a new area in Riyadh but is really noisy as there was several constructions going on in the neighbourhood that starts working as early as 6am.
