This has to be the worst Marriott Experience by far. I am a Gold Elite Member and have always been a fan of the Mariott Hospitality, but coming to this hotel was a rude shock. 1. At check in, no welcome drink/gift 2. Room amenities missing, even after housekeeping made the room 3. All the power outlets are the flat pin ones, i called the reception to ask if they can provide a power adapter, the answer was a Flat No. 4. In fact the housekeeping guy on the floor realised my predicament and got me his adapter to use, that was very kind of him. 5. Went to the Mariott Bonvoy Customer desk to give feedback on the experience, the response was "Hotel is very busy, happens.." 6. Was heading out for a meeting, forgot to carry a bottle of water from the room, so requested at the reception, they charged me for it !! 7. Breakfast spread, very limited. I still have a day to go before i check out, but couldnt wait to post this review
