利雅得外交區萬怡酒店(Courtyard Riyadh Diplomatic Quarter)

I went there on business and they were kind of enought to let me check in early and provide other services. Great place to stay for a business trip.

Great hotel, good location for me, staff are excellent, rooms are great and nice comfy beds good showers etc, restaurant is good and well priced and good value, food is very nice and pleasant lounge area for work and nice coffee bar, I have stayed here twice now and I will definitely come back again. There is free car parking, good leisure centre, its about 30mins in cab or Uber from airport

Grand hôtel de la ville, mais je l’ai trouvé à peine correct, la literie dans la chambre était inconfortable. Le service était moyen. Pas assez de réactivité du Personnel. Points positifs : chambres spacieuses et petit déjeuner buffet varié. Mais j’y retournerais pas.

Attended meeting in the hotel , very friendly Al staff and super clean hotel , located in the diplomatic quarter , food was delicious and meeting room was well equipped and arranged. Hotel smells oud perfume every where , I recommend this hotel for business travelers .

I spent three nights at the hotel and I would like to acknowledge the service provided at the reception by the staff in general and Menahi in particular. The breakfast and diner buffet was also plentiful and varied.

This has to be the worst Marriott Experience by far. I am a Gold Elite Member and have always been a fan of the Mariott Hospitality, but coming to this hotel was a rude shock. 1. At check in, no welcome drink/gift 2. Room amenities missing, even after housekeeping made the room 3. All the power outlets are the flat pin ones, i called the reception to ask if they can provide a power adapter, the answer was a Flat No. 4. In fact the housekeeping guy on the floor realised my predicament and got me his adapter to use, that was very kind of him. 5. Went to the Mariott Bonvoy Customer desk to give feedback on the experience, the response was "Hotel is very busy, happens.." 6. Was heading out for a meeting, forgot to carry a bottle of water from the room, so requested at the reception, they charged me for it !! 7. Breakfast spread, very limited. I still have a day to go before i check out, but couldnt wait to post this review

Good hotel located in the diplomatic quarter. A little dated with the decoration but is what it is. Overall, it’s clean and functional. There’s coffee facilities on G floor that is nice. Breakfast is good with plenty to choose from. Staff are good and very helpful. Check in is straight forward and seamless. For work it’s perfect with good WiFi connectivity.

A bit far from my customers, but the traffic is not bad in rush hour, so that's a plus... The rooms are very nice & well equipped, and the service is very nice... However I have to point out that the gym is not very well equipped, and the food quality in general is subpar... Especially the breakfast, the pastries are very stale & the coffee is very weak.. Still I will go back for the comfortable rooms & quiet area...
