很好，早餐也好

Service was excellent, we never had to wait. Everyone was so friendly.

Great customer service

The bed was slept in and sheets not changed when I arrived and a drip behind the toilet and rust coming of the shower. This was more like a motel instead of hotel because of the lack of cleanliness. I couldn’t wait to leave.

Hotel was nice service was not too good. Ran out of breakfast food and they tan out if pillow covers !!!!!

When I got to the Hotel They had no rooms Clean after booking it online and paying in full. I had to sit and wait for them to clean a room just to check in and it was 7 pm at this time. The hotel was pretty noisy late night around 12 pm.

Hotel does not have sound proof rooms! U can here everything going on around you. Staff is rude! I do not recommend this hotel.

Annual visit to the Roanoke Hampton. Impressed with all staff, very accommodating, hard working and kind. Impressed with housekeeping staff. Hotel could use an update but very satisfied with our stay and will return in the future.

We enjoyed our stay. Beds were very comfortable. Food was excellent. The only negative was the faucet in the bathroom apparently had not been cleaned properly I a long time. There was buildup around the faucet handle. I cleaned it with a washcloth the first day. Even with the do not disturb sign on the maid came in while we were out and made our bed. That is a little odd.?

The elevator was out of order and the front desk clerk had no idea how to tell us to get to our room on the 7th floor. All she could say was that she had called the manager.

Spent Christmas here with our two toddlers and two yorkie! They were amazing and gave the best experience.

Wry well situated in Downtown Roanoke. A definite revisit and stay. Only negative thing staff on evening shift not that friendly . She didn’t come off as a good “people person” of that makes sense. She needs to learn to speak up also. I was having her to repeat herself several times. Not that she a bad employee but she could use some more training on dealing with the public.

They don’t tell you that it’s an $8 daily fee to park. When you park, you have to go outside to get to the lobby. There is entry from the elevator. That means if it’s cold or raining you will be put in the elements. Secondly, they place a $50 hold on your account for every day that you stay. Refund is not given right away.

Staff was helpful and friendly. Room could have been a little cleaner - hair on the shower wall and on the toliet, corners of the bathroom weren't super clean. The drapes didn't cover the corners of the windows and it was light a bright light was on until we fi ally got out of bed. Breakfast selection is very vegan friendly.
