We enjoyed our week long stay in our caravan here. Facilities and grounds were very clean. No highway noise noticed despite expecting it due to the location. Great activities provided for kids. BBQs worked well. Found reception staff a bit rude - male left me waiting for a couple of minutes while he talked to one of the cleaning ladies and a young girl complained about giving me $1 coins for their dryer. Found both interactions unacceptable for such a business. Would stay here again though

Use to stay here on a regular basis for several years.last time was Dec 2018, then booked again for July 2020 unfortunately Covid prevented us from coming, they kept the $300 deposit and said credit until the end of 2021, (deposit was too large to start with) however so we didn't loose our money was able to get back to stay in July 2021 and found since Dec 2018 they started charging a bond of $150, a cleaning bond which they now have a plaque in the rooms stating all the cleaning you have to do before you leave the cabin .. and if you don't comply you don't receive your bond back..... also got in late to get the key and had to see them before 10am the next morning and when we turn up to sort out the deposit,they were not very friendly,came to the door and said "what do you want?!" And refused cash .....also when my grand children where there in Dec 2018 two of them got hurt in the unsafe playground area and one had to go to the Dr and the other one has a scar on their arm from the very old children's play area.....however I have since found a better caravan park where I spent the other 8 nights and they only charge a minimal key deposit and you get it back , they have no other charges,they have much better rooms and similar prices, they have more things for kids to do and the park is better situated and very friendly and helpful staff .. nothing is too much for them.

We were disappointed after a 4000k flight that the beds weren't made up. Sheets were sitting folded on all the single beds

It was exactly as described which was great! The young children loved the room, stay and playing in the playground/pool.

Cabin's are quite large for family of 4 and well stocked with appliances and crockery, utensils etc. Black out curtains in bedrooms would be useful as would a bit of WD40 on the door hinges as they were very noisy. Well managed resort and great customer service.

Great place to stay with a small or large family or a group of friends. Loved the pool! Will stay again if in Brisbane

Great staff, and very clean premises. Community laundry was a bit of a let down from last time we stayed, washing machine in the cabin, but not a deal breaker.

A wonderful place to stay. Easy for visiting Brisbane cbd and also theme parks. Facilities were amazing and clean. Kids LOVED the pool and tennis court. We had a cabin for our family of 5 and it was perfect. We will definitely be back.
