幸運老鷹娛樂場及酒店(Lucky Eagle Casino & Hotel (Washington))

I stayed in a room that was supposed to be smoke free, but it smelled like smoke both in and out of the room. The amenities in the hotel were nice, but the pillows were hard, but that’s just a matter of personal preference. I wish the windows in the room could open to allow fresh air. The room with the heat on was humid and stuffy- not enough air circulation, woke up with a throbbing headache. In the future, I will book a room where the windows can at least crack open. Other than that, the stay was ok.

The only complaint that we have is that when we entered the hotel lobby, we were immediately engulfed with repulsive cigaret smoke. I told my husband if the whole hotel smelt like this I was not staying. To our surprise, once we were in the elevator on the fourth floor to our room, it was incredibly clean and fresh smelling. Our room was the best room we have ever stayed in. We have stayed in many hotel rooms over the years.

Toilet was dirty. We got a non smoking room but it smelled like someone was in our room smoking the entire stay, aweful. Room was nice, modern. Not at all worth the $225 a night. Maybe half that price.

I liked the very pet friendly conditions. The staff was very professional. What I did not like was the smoke environment. although the room itself was smoke free the lobby, the entrance to the hotel and hallways. I expected the ****** would be. Also, there was no room service for food, which meant I had to go through the ****** to the restaurant exposed to all the smoke. I will think twice before booking this hotel again.

My only complaint was the bedding. Two full sheets& thin bedspread, each layered on top of each other and tucked in all the way around making it very difficult to get in or out of bed. Both sheets came untucked making a mess of bedding. Also the mattress was not secured to base and moved easily side to side. Hitting shins on base hurts!

The hotel had a very strong smell of smoke. The room bathroom smell like urines when we check in. Call the front desk to have the housekeeping resolve , was told I had to leave the room for housekeeping to resolve the issue. The smell was still there, its wasn't the toilet but the shower curtain that smell like pee... I dont think I would stay at this ****** again.

The ****** was terrible. Most ******s don't allow smoking anymore, but this one does and even though there is a "designated" smoking area, the entire ******s stinks. Won't ever go back unless they clean up their act.

Not impressed the lady at the front desk was rude when I asked her to send security to the back of the building by my room at around 1:30am because someone was parked In the parking lot next to the building with there stereo on full blast and it continued off and on till around 5am and all she had to say when I brought up calling security to resolve this issue she immediately stated that they were busy. After that I asked for a refund and was rude again and said that I would have to wait till supervisor was available… I won’t be back!

The shower was great, the beds are comfortable, 4he room nicely appointed and clean. The restaurant was disappointing although the wait staff were kind and helpful. I recommend this hotel as a good option while traveling to Ranier
