羅徹斯特東/潘菲爾德萬怡酒店(Courtyard Rochester East/Penfield)

They had pretty decent reviews so we chose this specific Marriott hotel to stop off at on our trip from New York to Toronto. Well we were quite disappointed. The place was nasty. Old and desperate for a renovation. Smelled like mold. Long black hair in shower. The bottom of the toilet was filthy. Dirty shower curtain. The curtains were stained with blood, as was the bottom of the bed. Just nauseous. After taking a really quick shower in flip flops of course, I closed my eyes and went in to bed without looking. No doubt the linen was dirty but I just did not want to see. The bed was really uncomfortable and old and the linen smelled musty. I will definitely not be returning here or to any courtyard by Marriott for that matter. Their one saving Grace is that the staff at the front desk is really friendly and nice

The pool was very disappointing the water was cloudy and nasty and smelled. There was actual garbage left in our ice bucket and only 1 towel in our bathroom ! Disappointing being a DelMonte property the staff is awesome !

Room was nice , Staff was excellent. The restaurant was nice looking , wait staff was excellent. Convection oven and air frying food is not what I expected. I believe they need to cook fresh foods and not just warming it up.. Last night of my stay I went out to a restaurant!

I got to the hotel and was told they were overbooked. Sent me to a hotel 20 minutes away, in a different town.

We stayed for 2 nights. Spent very little time at the hotel. It was clean and comfortable.

Spacious, clean, very comfortable. Quiet location. No breakfast but has a Starbucks on premises open in the morning.

It was super great even though it was for one night. the room was clean and the front desk was welcoming and friendly.

It was easy access, clean and pleasant and the staff was friendly and welcoming.
