Staff were a bit officious at check-in and in my limited subsequent interactions. There seems to be a strong expectation that all guests are either local or repeat visitors (with vehicles). Both the lady who checked me in and the other staff member there at thebtime seemed utterly baffled and even suspicious that I was not familiar with the area and had basic questions about nearby ammenties (supermarkets Etc). There is no 'way to indicate 'do not disturb' which lead to staff coming into the cabin to clean while I was asleep in the room. We both got quite a fright! No harm done, but very easily avoidable especially for week long stays in self catering rooms which you would not expect to receive cleaning service until you check out.

The property was clean and the ladies at check in were friendly and helpful. My kids enjoyed the pools and waterpark which was nice after a long day of driving.

Property is very rundown. We stayed in the standard studio cabin, and every aspect of everything was just.. rundown. All mattresses cracked all around. Pillow so frail it was literally falling apart inside the pillow case. Handles falling off of kitchen cupboards. Frying pan all bent, could not stand still, and way too thin. I guess bathroom was ok, no complaints. There was no hot (or even warm) water in the kitchen sink. There were ants in kids beds, and after the service person left, the bed still had pieces of biscuits under the mattress although I pointed those out. The mattress cover was literally filthy, covered in some dirt all over, I had to ask to replace it.

Cleaning of rooms need to improve. Excellent pool areas. Quiet place.

The cabin very shabby. Needs painting inside. Needs a new bed. Kitchen Blind needs to be replaced. Needs a thorough clean - curtains walls

A wonderful experience especially with the children. They were entertained constantly with the pool, waterslide and other activities in between. Greatly enjoyed our stay.

Great for families. Waterpark for kids and two swimming pools. Rooms comfortable and clean. Only disappointment was lounges in room vinyl flaking off. They desperately need replacing. A real let down for the price they charge,

We thought our cabin would be serviced every day. But it was not!!, so we had to ask at the office for refreshing supplies.

Not a bad place to stay. Had everything we needed. Floors could have used a mop inside the cabin. And the washing machine would benefit from a cleaning cycle. Would probably stay here again.
