This hotel is amazing and it is in an amazing location. It’s romantic and the scenery is impeccable.

Checked in and the lady at the front desk was not very friendly or informative. The hotel is great, our room is big and comfortable. I needed a screwdriver for a baby sound machine and the maintenance man was amazing and so nice.

The property is nice and the area is nice. I think they need a little more detailed cleaning with chairs. I had crumbs on the chairs.

Very nice, we stayed with 2 kids and absolutely loved it, the rooms very clean but bathroom was so tiny and it was hard to wash kids in there, also asked front desk for some fresh towels and they never delivered them so had to chase housekeeping and ask for some.

Nice place to stay with the best location in the Dallas area in my opinion. Everything is clean, staff is fantastic. Rooms could use some updating, but nothing major. Great views of the lake. Fantastic restaurants are just a 3 minute walk away.

The hotel is surrounded by restaurants, shopping and theater. Behind the hotel is a beautiful park and the lake. Nice large pool with hot tub. Couldn't ask for a nicer place.

Everything was excellent except for I kept getting locked out of my room by the keycard daily and had to keep getting a new set of keycards. Other than that my trip was fantastic.

The room was clean, quiet and a good size. Parking is the only negative unless you want to pay extra. We were able to get a spot that was for retail but we spent a little money at Dodies and Cinemark so I'm good. All the staff we interacted with were good.

The hotel itself is really pretty and nice. The lake view is nice. Parking was a little steep at over $15 a day. AND you have to use this 3rd party app on your phone. The hotel staff did not say anything about it. Didn't ask me if I needed parking, etc.

Loved my stay, everything was amazing , since the moment interaction happened with front desk clerk.

Great time, drinks in the bar are a little high but overall it was a great date night!!
