Very nice hotel. Would stay there again. Everyone was nice.

When we checked in, we were assigned an unclean room. After voicing our concerns at the front desk, we were given another room, only to discover that the AC was malfunctioning. There was no temperature control knob, and the AC ran constantly, producing a continuous fan noise. This lack of room temperature control was uncomfortable. Additionally, upon our arrival, we observed a group of people in the lobby area openly drinking. I'm not sure if this is a common practice in New York area hotels, as I haven't encountered such a situation in other hotels I've stayed at across the United States.

Had a very nice stay, The breakfasts were quite good with a daily choice of eggs and meats along with waffles and a variety of beverages. Our room was spacious with good amenities for our 10 day stay. overall, I see me staying here again next year.

First room had a broken bed. Second room ac went out in and out all night. Poorly maintained facility.

Breakfast was a sham . They ran out most stuff in the morning. The staff at breakfast behave as though they were feeding you free! The coffee machine in the room was defective . The room door lock needed multiple tries to open. The safe deposit locker will not work and the staff were clueless on how to rectify it. Not worth the MONEY!

The staff was great and it was in a great location for what we needed. Breakfast was just enough. Found a small spider in my bed which made me go through all 10 sheets and pillows to check for more. The bathroom renovation was sloppy whenever it was done. Grout and caulking poor quality. Tub was sealed and chipped with a small dime size hole about halfway up wall so you could only fill so high. Shower head calcified and not easy to use handle. Other than those things it was a nice large room. Staff was extra friendly.

Exhaust fan and dryer not working. We told the staff but NO one showed up though we paid full.

Stay was good everything was in very good shape

Great check in process. Representative was courteous and friendly. Hotel & room were very clean. Overall, a great experience. I would definitely recommend it.
