莫斯塔爾城市酒店(City Hotel Mostar)

No soap to wash your hands, no gel to have a shower, everything is empty . No minibar , no bar on the ground floor to have something either hot or cold, it seems to be the policy of the hotel.Heating is a real disaster with air conditioning devices lets not mention beds ……. Far away from the city centre….. I wonder , how is it possible it is a four star hotel ?

The rooms are renovated in an old outdated building located a long way out of town. Staff are not easily identifiable as they wear just casual jeans and t-shirts. Breakfast is served in a big noisy camp-like dining room. There is no catering for food allergies. This definitely not a 4 star standard and was the most disappointing on our Balkans trip.

Personal súper amable, habitaciones amplias y limpias, desayuno correcto. Hay parking gratuito en el hotel y máquinas expendedoras de bebida, sino una gasolinera con supermercado al lado. Lo único malo es que está un poco alejado del centro, a una media hora caminando.

It is my 4th. time in this convenient hotel which is well located. Rooms are large and comfortable. Breakfasts are rich and tasty. Receptionists are very welcoming and helpful. 2 large elevators. I came as a tour guide from Israel with groups and they enjoyed their stay.

Bei dieser bombastischen Bewertung auf Boooking com darf man schon genauer hinsehen. Und man wird herb enttäuscht. Die Lage ist eine Katastrophe, so seelenlos darf ein Hotel nicht sein und dabei noch auf Top machen. Wifi eine Katastrophe, das Feedback dazu wurde mehr als hilflos entgegengenommen. Geändert hat sich nix. Das Frühstück: Wer alle Konserven aufstellen muss, um ein nicht vorhandenes Buffet vorzutäuschen, der sollte gleich zusperren. Das wäre wenigstens konsequent. Danke, sicher nie wieder, Du kommst in einen Raum mit 13 Grad, versuchts dich zurechtzufinden. Alles sehr mühsam. Das pseudo-Designer-Styling versucht zu blenden. Doch dahinter ist gähnende Leere. Solche "Hotels" braucht der Reisende nicht. Seelenloses, schlecht bewirtschaftetes Investoren-Schnickschnack. Schade. Die sogenannten Top-Bewertungen, mit denen geworben wird, die sind heftigst zu hinterfragen.
