Solo me parece que el estacionamiento deberia ya estar incluido en el precio que se pagó por la habitación. El primer dia no limpiaron la habitación. En la imagen presentada por el costo de mi habitacion habia una salita pegada a la ventana, la cual no tuvimos en la habitación. Fuera de estos detalles lo demas esta muy bien, lindo hotel, cómodo, estupendas vistas a la ciudad. Pero me gustaría que considerarán mis comentarios. Tengo próxima visita a Austin .

Excellent location, next to river, trail, and parks. We stayed in a corner room with river view. Room was clean and conformable. There is a restaurant downstairs. Though most of restaurants are on the other side of the river, they are still in walking distance. Parking was $52 per day that was big addition to our budget. Also, we were unable to watch YouTube from the TV. Basically, we enjoyed the trip to Austin and staying in the Hyatt.

Overall the stay was fine. There were just little things that were irritating: empty Kleenex box, no towels or paper towel in suites’s kitchen, room service communication was very complicated, the phone in the suite didn’t work unless you spoke on the base speaker, too expensive wine - $20 for a glass is ridiculous, otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.

A very good experience. Two things I think they can improve: the information they give you in the check in can be more explicit an second put the information about the parking more visible in the page, it’s very expensive $63 per day

Clean staff was helpful. The checking staff very friendly kind. When I need some extra towels they were brought to the room promptly. Even though the bar had close the bartender poured us some drinks.

The Property location is great with easy access to walking trails around Town Lake. The staff was great and the rooms were very nice and clean! Parking was very expensive at more than $50 per night. The pool area was also surprisingly dirty- which made me think that a staff member had failed to report for work during our stay. But the hotel provide ice cold water in the lobby which was awesome! Overall, a great experience, just a few minor improvements needed.

As soon as my partner and I got to the room (floor 7 suite facing downtown) we found a styrofoam box with leftover food in the ice box. The ice box was not cold and the food smelled horrible. Service at the bar and restaurant was very poor. At our table, the waitress was almost non existant. Later at the bar, the bartender spent most of his time chatting with a friend/girlfriend who was there as a customer. We also never got clean linens despite asking for them. I know we won't get a full refund from this "4 star" hotel. Perhaps a partial refund??? Maybe, just maybe?? Didn’t think so... 4 star my ass...
