國家宮殿套房酒店(Nazionale Palace Suites)

Llegamos pronto, tuvimos que llamar a la recepcionista porque no encontrábamos la puerta del Hotel. Bajó y nos explicó por dónde teníamos que ir. Había que subir un piso con las escaleras y se ofreció ayudarnos con las maletas, ya que hasta ahí no llega el ascensor. La habitación es grande y agradable, tiene la ducha en el dormitorio, lo cual se hace extraño pero es una mampara semitransparente y con una cortina que no se ve nada. El lavabo estaba limpio aunque se veía algunas partes un poco deteriorado. La habitación era grande y agradable, pero la cama muy, muy incómoda. El colchón estaba hundido y las almohadas eran muy blandas. El Wi-Fi solamente funcionó un día de los tres que estuvimos. A la hora de marchar nos permitieron dejar las maletas hasta las 4:00 de la tarde en otra recepción, lo cual fue muy de agradecer.

Completamente rimodernata, arredamento e bagno nuovi e molto funzionali. Si trova in un cortile interno, quindi silenziosissimo. Unico neo: si trova al primo piano senza ascensore, quindi se avete bagagli pesanti o se avete problemi a fare le scale non è il posto adatto (anche se ho visto un montascale, ma non so a chi si debba chiedere).

The place is very hard to find as it is a building inside of another building. I wish I could give this place 0 star instead of 1 for rude customer service and how things went down. We booked for 2 nights but ended up staying 1 night because we arrived too late to check in. If you plan on checking in after 7PM, you will be stuck outside with no place to stay although on their website it says if coming after 7PM to check in online. Well, that’s not true. They claimed I put in the wrong cell phone # which was why they couldn’t contact me and thought it was a fake booking. Now why would someone pay for 2 nights if it was fake. Also, they could have emailed me especially when I emailed them months back regarding parking that I got no reply back on. When we did get our room the 2nd night, it looks nothing like the pictures. Probably the worst hotel/air b&b experience, simply because of how rude they were on the phone and how incompetent they were. The only positive about this place was the cleaning lady. She gets a 5 star.

The rooms were nice enough, though the shower in the bedroom is an odd choice. The check in process was chaotic and counterintuitive. It would be impossible for someone who is using WiFi only. The instructions were not even close to sufficient. But the rooms were reasonably clean, there was coffee in the common area and the window was on the side opposite the busy street, so over all, not bad.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. We were right off a busy shopping *****. This property was old school; no lift, physical key for entry, no parking since it is in the middle of the city but we loved the experience. It was centrally located and very walkable. The room itself was small but comfortable. We only interacted with staff via email or WhatsApp, which was fine. The people staying in the surrounding properties and property receptionist at the entrance were not very friendly but we made do.

The apartment was amazing : huge and comfortable. We were 6 and each couple had his bedroom. And bathroom. The location was perfect and the People from. Sonder were very kind patient and responded very quickly ! Only the wifi was not. That great but everything else was perfect !

Really lovely, couldn’t be better!
