福瑞斯特里亞豪華套房酒店(La Foresteria Luxury Suites)

位置最好，下車後就在對面。 85號公車站，步行至多5分鐘即可到達特萊維噴泉。太好了，我們可以在入住前寄放行李。床旁邊，房間裡有一張沙發床，所有床單和必需品都已經準備好了，我們只需要用它就可以打開它。如果我們覺得冷的話，還有額外的被子可以使用。雖然離旅遊景點很近，但房間很安靜，我們在那裡度過了愉快的時光。

Check in was a little confusing as rooms are on the 2nd floor and accessed by small elevator or stairs but once that detail is worked out the room is very accommodating and spacious. Great bed and large bathroom. Air conditioning worked great too. All sights within easy walking distance. Ruben even let us check in early.

Where do I even begin? My family and I lived in one of this hotel's "luxury suites," and were gobsmacked when we entered our room, to say the least. Our living quarters consisted of one bedroom and one bathroom. We, a four-person family, were given a two-person room: one king-size bed, a sofa that they turned into a twin-size bed, and a fold-up twin-size bed that very clearly did not originally belong there. Our "luxury suite" had a very dirty shower head (so unsightly to the point where we had to turn it around to avoid looking at it), a bathroom door that could only open 1/3 of the way, and a crooked toilet seat that presented a safety hazard (we consulted the employees about the seat and were told it would be fixed, but when we returned, it was not). Moreover, there was an extremely dirty red velvet sofa that was placed near the main bed that we had to move out due to the complete lack of cleanliness. Needless to say, our room was completely different from the one shown in the photo in every single way. And if that was not enough to convince you to avoid this hotel, there was no service. The receptionist sits on the side looking at their phone (or is absent altogether) unless someone is checking in/out. The wifi was as inconsistent as the service, with a complete lack of internet connection at times. And I have not completely talked about the irresponsibility of the workers yet. We loved the location! It’s in the same building as the Trevi Fountain just on the opposite side. We had 4 people- 2 adults and 2 young teens. We were able to get an extra bed/cot for $15 a night and it worked out great. The staff was super helpful and kind. We got in early and we were able to drop our luggage there and come back when the room was ready. The kids were really impressed by the cool LED lights behind the bed and modern touches around the hotel. The little elevator was a little scary but I think that’s pretty normal for Italy. The air conditioning worked great too!

I loved how close it was to the Trevi Fountain and the Spanish steps. I was visiting for the weekend, and felt comfortable to walk everywhere I was going. Being close to Trevi was definitely a huge plus! There was so much to see just around there. Would definitely stay there again!
