Where do I even begin? My family and I lived in one of this hotel's "luxury suites," and were gobsmacked when we entered our room, to say the least.
Our living quarters consisted of one bedroom and one bathroom. We, a four-person family, were given a two-person room: one king-size bed, a sofa that they turned into a twin-size bed, and a fold-up twin-size bed that very clearly did not originally belong there.
Our "luxury suite" had a very dirty shower head (so unsightly to the point where we had to turn it around to avoid looking at it), a bathroom door that could only open 1/3 of the way, and a crooked toilet seat that presented a safety hazard (we consulted the employees about the seat and were told it would be fixed, but when we returned, it was not). Moreover, there was an extremely dirty red velvet sofa that was placed near the main bed that we had to move out due to the complete lack of cleanliness.
Needless to say, our room was completely different from the one shown in the photo in every single way.
And if that was not enough to convince you to avoid this hotel, there was no service. The receptionist sits on the side looking at their phone (or is absent altogether) unless someone is checking in/out. The wifi was as inconsistent as the service, with a complete lack of internet connection at times.
